In advance: Yes I buggered about looking at the geography and the FAQs and what-not. Didn't find an answer, which means my Search-Fu is Weak or one wasn't there. Whichever. D:
Long and short of it: What's the single northernmost settlement in Raiaera? Including any unlikely fortress towns holding out in the Dagger Mountains.
Had another question too, but I forgot it. Bah.
