How much would something like this cost? Price in Steel & Prevalida please. Just want to know what I'm looking at.

Wight Bastard Sword
The “Wight Bastard Sword” is a slim Prevalida sword that is surprisingly light for its material. The black leather strapped hilt features a thick hand guard and a capital I for a pommel. The long thin blade is a smooth stainless grey that doesn’t blemish, decorated at the base with a small but defined insignia of a triangle with a horned skull. The true origin of the emblem is from the Ietus mountains.

Wight Sword Stats:
Blade Length: 110cm’s. Style: Straight, double edged.
Enchantment: This unique sword is enchanted against living or manipulated armour, being able to halt the regeneration/healing process or either armour or living flesh. This does no extra damage and has no effect against an opponent with normal armour or no armour. Effect lasts for an hour and are only in effect on the point of impact.
Armour Example Key:
Living armour - Regenerating skin, muscle. Animal hides, natural 'race' traits such as armoured skin, scales, plant armour(Be it bark or otherwise).
Manipulated Metal - Metal that is abused or controlled by its user, re-shaping or thickening for impact.

Before I get you a price, let's make things clear. Does the enchantment prevent wounds caused by this sword from closing due to regenerative abilities, or does a wound caused by this sword halt ALL regenerative properties of that armor/flesh?

It's purely the direct wound given by the sword.
Example:
If you struck the shoulder, and they already had a wound on the leg, then it only effects the shoulder.

I hope makes sense.
