Another hour dance practise \ cardio
I spent about threeish hours running down long hallways and helping carry heavy instruments and equiptment yesterday. 180 min~.
30 mins casual walk
I need to fill in the gaps; worked out 6 days last week and was traveling so didn't record them. Definitely need to use Lent as an easy way to force myself to clean up the diet.
An hour hike yesterday.
Only just noticed this, been looking for a reason to get back into shape. My old routine needs modified, but I rattled through some of it today instead of doing college work. I also don't know the name of half the exercises I do, so stumble through my basic naming.
3x 30 sets bench press (50kg)
3x 30 sets shoulder-bar
3x 30 sets bicep and tricep curls (barbell then dumbell)
3x 30 sets oblique sit-ups
3x 30 sets sit-ups
3x 30 sets leg lifts (lower abs)
3x 30 push-ups (both bicep and tricep)
3x 30 squats (with barbell)
10 mins running stairs (I'm a smoker, cardio isn't my strong suit.)

today: 30 minute cardio routine
We have officially bypassed 15,000 minutes!
To reach our goal, we need to log 274 minutes per day. We should be closer to 22,000 to be on pace, but we also only have a handful of people logging! If we all pitch in, we can get there!
Also, please note if you need me to add your minutes to the spreadsheet for you. If not, I will just assume you are adding them yourself.
Be sure to note how many minutes you dedicate to exercise every day! Even if it is an estimate, based on what you accomplished!
I did manage to go walking for an hour today, which was helpful in more ways than one. 60 min-ish, will log~.
Ray, when was the last date you entered information and cleared data? I've been working out every day and have runs stored in my Nike+ app to load, but have been lax.
