Age- 21
Gender- Female
Race- Romani (Polish Romani)
Appearance- Lightly tanned skin, long dark black hair, strong features (like a profound nose), tall, broad shoulders, thick build.
Background- Ania grew up in a large romani family (formerly referred to as gypsies). They traveled around eastern Europe in a caravan of horse led wagons making a living as performers. But at the start of WW2 they all fled to America. Ania is now living alone in a boarding house on a mysterious island and working as a nanny. A year before that though her best friend Wit drowned in a strange accident and since then Ania has avoided the water and has been a bit of a recluse with people her own age.
Personality- Stubborn, Kind but can hold a grudge. Ania cares a lot about family and friends but isn't great at socializing outside of the people she grew up with, and can tend to ramble when put in awkward situations. She also doesn't know a lot about how the real world functions and often tries to buy things with a song or some other barter system, which rarely works.
Skills- She has a decent singing voice which was her instrument for the family's traveling performance group. She's also great with horses, children and wrestling.
