Walked, swam and cycled the shit out of Sherwood forest these last two days.
Also ate Krispy Kreme.
Hoping for a net effect of a couple of pounds off.
Today was 45 minutes walking, 45 minutes resistance training, and 30 minutes of yoga.
Went on a walk for two hours (120 min)!

I've mostly just been walking and doing yoga for exercise nothing exciting but bumpity bump!
