The Winchester Rose Trading Company-
The Winchester Rose is a member of the Guilds-man Circle of Scara Brae, a collection of guilds and organisations tethered to a common Law that operates a senate of governance that holds almost as much power as the Queen herself. Leopold Winchester is a Maester of the Guild of Merchants, alongside Lady Clarissa Montague, his closest rival of the Montague Brigade Trading Emporium. The goal of the group is, in essence, to turn profit. They are an idealistic trading operation, however, never shipping illegal goods, arms, or narcotics of any nature. They specialist in shipping building materials from Scara Brae to further afield, covering the gaps in the market that the other trading companies, who see a quicker gain in weapons, fortunately create.
When the Nine are united, Corone shall be saved and a new era of prosperity shall begin. The Ixian Knights began as Sei Orlouge searched for nine great warriors prophesied to come together and save his beloved homeland. As more and more people made their way to Radasanth to seek out a part of the growing army the Knights became much more than just the defenders of Corone. The Knights will do whatever they deem necessary to wipe out any growing threat on Althanas.
The original Phoenix failed to foresee the return of Xem'Xund in time to stop the necromancer. The new Phoenix plans to continue where the old left off and take their work a step further. Phoenix Ascendant is sworn to thwart the rise to power of any person or organization, good or evil, who threatens to use their power to lord it over the unwilling.
The group for those who are murderers, demons, rapists, serial killers, or other vagabonds who don't fit into any niche and do what they do not because it's right, or wrong, but because it's all they know how to do.
Goals and Purpose: To collect as much treasure as possible and have grand adventures while doing so.
Treasure is divided up as follows: 10% to the ship’s coffers (this would be a fund for purchasing supplies and whatnot), 30% to the Captain, the remaining 60% will be divided evenly among the crew that sailed on that voyage. This means that if 2 of the PC crew sailed on that particular voyage, then they each get 30% of the spoils, if 3 crewmen sail, then they get 20% and so on. NPC crewmen are not eligible for a portion because, well, they’re NPCs and thus can’t use the spoils. Pay for work on a voyage is given out at the completion of that voyage (aka at the end of the thread).
Goals- To spread the poetic and artistic license throughout the city, to help those in need who have no means of helping themselves (altruistic organisation), to revive ancient plays and even playwrights to ensure good records are kept with regards to the cultural and linguistic heritage of the city, and of course, to live the classical montage that is the life of the travelling bard.
Goals- To establish a chain of profitable enterprises across Salvar / To control the Salvaran black market
The House of Sora’s aim is to further the progress of civilization in the most optimal manner possible, whether it be by war, diplomacy, research, or economics.
Cipher Nex is an emerging power that came virtually out of nowhere. Currently centered on a quartet of warriors who’s calling card consists of the words Cipher Nex. Where, exactly, they came from and how they came to meet is still a mystery. What is known is that the group primarily operates out of Salvar, with Alerar and Corone coming in close seconds. Their goals in these regions are still shrouded in secrecy.
In the shadows of the night, there are those that prey upon the good and decent of society, taking their lives, blood, money, life force, livestock, or anything of value to them. These beings are truly vile and evil in every way. These people, monsters, spectres, demons, and other assorted creatures are just the kind of creatures we're looking for. We call upon the forces of darkness in the world to stand together, or face a slow extinction at the hands of those who would have us killed.
