His company was stolen from him many times but while he was in a position of power his actions led to a temporary world peace. Heihachi would eventually be slain by his ungrateful son but his triangle head will be forever remembered.

Pyramid Head is a reflection of James' wish to be punished for his wife's death, a representation of redeeming qualities come too late - guilt, regret, responsibility and self-judgement. Pyramid Head rarely confronts the real villain, Sunderland, righteously building anguish and dread in a man long overdue to be met with justice. Everything Pyramid Head ever did was a figment of imagination and served to punish a man who deserved punishment.
