Hello! Please can I get a quote for the following:

Exia Muken

This sword is effectively a hilt through which Shinsou channels his Dark Matter. The matter then compresses and becomes extremely intense, forming a blade of powerful dark magic that can compete with the highest tiers of metal on Althanas.

Please quote me for the following:

1. The highest tier version: Prevailda hilt, diamond core and enchantment to increase the power of Shinsou's dark matter output from this blade to cut Prevailda tier materials.

2. The mid tier version: Mythril hilt, crystal core with the above enchantment

3. The alternate version: All diamond hilt and core with above enchantment.

The visual representation of the sword, when activated, is attached but please ignore the futuristic hilt.98

Alright, this is an interesting ask. It borders on being something we wouldn't sell, but given the right limitations and a high enough price, I think we can work out a deal.

I wouldn't feel right pricing this out of anything but our top tier materials, so we won't bother with option 2. Options 1 and 3 will have the same cost, as those materials have the same base price.

The total price for this item would be 3150 GP, but with the following limitations:
-the blade takes 5 seconds to power up
-while activated, the weapon emits a soft sound (you can choose what this is)
-the weapon can only remain activated for 2 posts (1 minute) before needing a cooldown period of 3 posts (1.5 minutes).

What do you say? You'll be able to cut through some pretty tough stuff, but you'll have to time it well and use it strategically.

I figured I'd be pushing the envelope with this request, but it'll be worth it for one of Althanas's "special" weapons.

Absolutely fine with the limitations. The final specification (for my reference and anyone linked here) will be:
