Steel Lances

I'm requesting one steel lance with a wind enchantment in it. The wind lance allows Galyl to fire off a gust of wind upon swinging it. Wind is not terribly strong, whatever would be appropriate for a level 0 character.

Let's say the wind has the force of thirty pounds if you want him to be able to use it many times per thread.
