Deep down William always has his friend’s well being at heart and tries with all his might to support them in any way he knows how.

He wears a thick head of chocolate brown hair and a very full beard and mustache. William typically is dressed in a functional outfit consisting of a loose fitting grey shirt, black trousers, and riding boots. While it’s not important William is very proud of manly physique and often times choose to work topless to show it off. On his chest is a distinct x-shaped scar William received while protecting his family’s farm during the revolution of Barragon.

History: William Garrot Wilder was born to an accomplished family of horse trainers and breeders in the mighty country of Barragon. Located to across the water from the island nation Corone, Barragon had been noted as being a very industrious country. But with any prosperous nation there always is a chance of infighting and conflict. When William was just a boy of thirteen the Nobel House Dreyah committed a coup d’ etat assassinating King Falkner and plunging the once great nation into a period of revolution.

From this day on William and his father Mitchell stood with the crumbling government that King Falkner held together and spent the next four years training and selling their majestic steeds to help against the revolutionary group. The Wilder farm grew in notoriety as many of the steeds breed and trained there were rode by the generals of the patriotic nationalists of Barragon. While this brought great business to the Wilder farm it also brought great tragedy. On one faithful night the Wilder farm was raided by a group of revolutionary members of House Dreyah resulting in the death of both his mother and father, William was only sixteen when he first came face to face with the violence of war. Despite his efforts William was left helpless as the revolutionaries beheaded his parents in cold blood.

All was not lost as William managed to evade his own death by escaping on the back of his three year old Hallowmane Kanon as he and his steed traveled to the last standing port city still under nationalist control. And using what was left of his family’s money William booked passage across the ocean to Corone only able to bring himself, Kanon , and what little he could hold in his crude knapsack. Since arriving on the island nation William spent the next few years serving with the Ranger of Concordia. Much of this time was spent learning the art of combat in exchange for his talents of training and breeding the mightiest of Hallowmane steeds, a unique breed of horse native to Barragon.

Now in recent years William used the money he made by serving in the Ranger and has built a name for himself in Corone by opening a mighty stable in the hills of Corone only a stone’s throw from Radasanth. Now at the ripe age of thirty one he employs a number of people and operates the most well-known stable in all the land selling horses to anyone who can afford his powerful steeds. Despite eighteen years passing since the beginning of the Barragon Revoultion the once proud nation stands in ruin as the war never ended and fighting still plagues his homeland to date.

Skills: Horsemanship- William is one of the most accomplished horse rider and trainer. He is able of breaking and bucking out any horse he sits on never relying on more than one person to get the job done. In his youth he was known for being the best rider in all the commonfeilds of Barragon.

Swordsmanship- During his time training horses for the Rangers William was thought the basics with the sword and during his service his skills improved greatly. By the time William had left the Rangers and established his own farm town he was well versed in the art of swordplay and confident in his own ability.

Business- William is no stranger to running a business and from the day he could keep a ledger he has been in charge of many finances. He is able to communicate properly in any business discussion and knows how to keep from getting the short end of the stick when dealing with his stable and horses.

Abilities: Manly Strength: William has been raised to be able to handle even the strongest and most unstable of Hallowmanes. He is able to bring an eight foot tall steed to the ground with only his brute strength alone. He is able to lift three hundred and twenty pounds which is one and a half times his body weight. This roughly equates to twice the strength of a regular man.

Rugged Endurance: One who works with horses is no stranger to injury and William knows this all too well. Little known fact a horse’s kick is more than capable of killing a man. William has been kicked so many times that it feels like a playful nudge now and is able to shirk off other injuries the same way. He takes damage twice as easily as a regular man allowing him to fight one when a normal man would fall short. (Locked until update assuming having a war horse takes up an ability slot.)

Equestrian-Telepathy: William has come to such an understanding of how his breed of Hallowmane horses thinks that he began to communicate with them based on body language alone. While this isn’t the traditional sense of telepathy William and his horses communicate via subtle gestures and lack thereof. Anything his horses, or any horses, wants to verbally communicate to William he will understand without a single word being spoken and vice versa.

Equipment: Iron Sword- William isn’t one to engage in direct combat but when provoked he chooses to wield an iron short sword given to him when he first joined the Rangers.

Riding Leathers- No equestrian is ready without a full set of leathers to aid in the event of a throw. These leathers consist of arm guards and leg braces to prevent minor cuts and scrapes. It also works well against knifes and other short blades.

Familiar: Kanon- A eighteen year old Hallowmane steed that has been with William for as long as he can remember. Kanon is the only full breed Hallowmane in all of the mainland Althanas and thanks to her heritage is gifted a longer than usual lifespan. Kanon is only middle aged despite being nearly twenty years old and acts like a still young horse. She stands at a large twenty two hands tall and around twenty two hundred pounds unsaddled. The closest comparison to a Hallowmane would be the real life Clydesdale that stands roughly nineteen hands high.
