Well had several goes at it and that was the best result where you could actually hear the words and not have the mic get too much noise through it.

I'm no too sure why the sound is a bit grainy, but it may have to do with the microphone you're using. If it's the ones without a "wind filter" then I'll say that's the problem.

If not... eh, just try not to blow too hard on the mic and "project" your voice at it instead. Should work around 6 inches from the mic...
