Since I have a helmet for a dragon, might as well spend the money and get everything I have planned ...
So I'm going to start using Delath, Philomel's dragon, in more battles. To that end I got him a helmet recently, now I am looking to get a saddle.
Delath is 30 ft in length, is flightless and has skin the strength of steel. He can eat through anything. I would like a quote for a saddle in magim beast leather but also real world hardened leather please, though it would need to be shiny and awesome. I would like for it to be big enough to carry Philomel, Veridian (fox), Mao (rabbit) and one other standard size human. It is going to sit at his front legs, where his neck would protect anyone. If you have read eragon please think something similar to what Saphira wears (her second one).
It will be big, I know, and needs straps to attach it to underneath Delath's body, attach to a single strap that passes between his front legs, and then be two straps the other side of his front legs. A bit like a modern dog's halter. There should also be strips to bind the legs of the rider down and that of the secondary rider, and also straps to hold onto in travelling. The girth would be around 90 inches I am thinking.
