The onset of a harsh winter has slowed the pace of Salvar's bloody civil war. Saint Denebriel has risen to take command of the Church's forces who now rule over vast swathes of the countryside. Royalist forces struggle to maintain control of the cities where violence and mob rule are starting to replace law and order. Opens late March.

After a brutal winter that left countless dead from starvation and exposure, a cruel mockery of peace stretched over the war-ravaged kingdom of Salvar. With their resources stretched thin during the harsh season, the clash and clamor of the civil war died down to a dim, but constant hum. While spring brought life back to Salvar, it also rekindled the fires of war between the Church and the Monarchy, who had both merely been spending the winter marshaling their forces and preparing their stratagems.

Xem'zûnd has conquered the outer city of Eluriand, and Valinatal is now a blasted wasteland known as Narenhad. Disorganized elvish resistance fighters have retreated to the northern forest, Anebrilith tries desperately to help refugees escape before the axe falls, and the beleaguered defenders of the inner city of Eluriand will slowly starve unless they emerge victorious...or are forced into final defeat.
