The Peaceful Promenade is a tavern in the town of Underwood, a place for people to stop and rest and talk about the happenings of Althanas, or for new people in town to become acquainted. Characters will be rewarded EXP for posts made in this forum.

The island where journies begin, and friendships and rivalries are created. Practice your role-playing skills here before joining epics. Level 0 and 1 characters (and their guests) only.

Located on the island of Corone, and in the city of Radasanth, The Citadel is the largest battle arena on Althanas. Characters can fight in any environment imaginable, and are restored to health at the end of each battle. Citadel battles are the quickest way to earn EXP on Althanas and are judged faster then other threads. Open challenges are encouraged!

One year has passed since the most famous battle venue in Scara Brae resurfaced. Grand celebrations are taking place in honor of the Dajas Pagoda's amazing success, and some of the greatest duels in the world of Althanas are poised to begin. Visit to watch the finest warriors in Althanas clash for glory, honor, and riches! Place bets on other contestants, or enter the hallowed temple yourself and run the gauntlet of Hierarchs!

Ancient evil stirs in Raiaera, and demons and deities become one on the icy plains of Salvar. Not long ago, strange machinations resulted in the death of Alerar's Queen, and none know whose hand did the deed. And Corone's Civil War intensifies even as a new threat emerges. Stay tuned for the opening of the second Featured Quest!

An island nation separated from the mainland, Corone is a collection of peoples striving to face the challenges of multiculturalism. A large ferry keeps traffic with the mainland bustling.

The Land of Raiaera is currently embroiled in a struggle for survival with the wicked necromancer Xem'zûnd. To fight for either side and reap the benefits -- or the punishments -- see the Featured Quest!

Alerar is the kingdom of the Dark Elves, and it lies across the Mountains of Twilight just to the west of Raiaera. The dwarves of the Kachuck Mines produce the best weapons and armor in all of Althanas.

The Church of the Ethereal Sway and King Iorlan Lord Rathaxea I of Salvar are enmeshed in a vicious civil war, and it is anyone's guess who will win. To pick a side and win its honors, see the Featured Quest!

A very mysterious land, Fallien is a desert country with a matriarchal government and strangely xenophobic citizens. Throughout the region are different trades which can be found no where else in Althanas. Currently, Fallien is in a state of upheaval due to the recent uprising of the Cult of Mitra and the Harpies.

A vastly unexplored land that lies on the Eastern continent. Its Inhabitants are unique races that are powerful in both magic and sword. One must tread carefully upon her ground and give respect to receive it.
