Appearance: Samantha is not your typical buxom beauty. She wouldn’t turn heads nor would she give anyone a reason to walk into a wall staring at her. Instead she is the more comely natural beauty found typical in nature, much like her mother before her. What will turn heads is her white hair, a gift from her father’s genes. She can often be found wearing linen outfits that are baggy to hide her full figure. Her white hair is pulled back into a tight ponytail, with two small bangs framing her face.
Personality: Samantha knew her father very well, having grown up with him and her mother back in Lavinya. Her personality is spunky and cheerful. She is innocent due to be raised around other thieves back in Lavinya and she is a confident girl in her own abilities. She’s received praise from her father, Darith and other thieves around her for her skill with daggers and lung poppers, which made her cocky when she fights and sassy when she interacts with others around her. She has a quick temper like her father thought, if you rile her up she will react with anger towards what angered her and be defensive if necessary. Otherwise she is a very sweet, innocent girl happy to be around those who care for her. Though if you mention her mother Liliana whom she lost at the age of 18 she will grow sad, but her inner strength will help her pull through that pain.
Skills:
Daggers- She was trained by the Lavinian Thief’s Guild on how to use her daggers. Right now she is still a beginner with them, only just recently passing her Thief’s test to become a full fledged member of the guild. Over time she will become more proficient with her daggers and know to wield and use them in more agile manner as she grows in training and power.
Lung Poppers- Her treasured throwing knives. She is only a beginner at wielding these, she knows how to hit a target, but sometimes her aim is off and she will miss, she still has to practice to improve her skill with her throwing knives and she will improve over time with practice and learning how to use them better.
Abilities:
Cheerful- She is a naturally cheerful, happy person. No matter what the situation, Samantha will remain positive, happy and encouraging to those around her. Even to the point of annoyance if she is happily telling someone to see the light at the end of the tunnel, even if they don’t want to. That is how she got the nickname Demon’s ray of Sunshine, or Sunshine for short, because she is such a energetic, cheerful girl. She also can trust people easily because of her sunny nature and will become your best friend if you let her. The way this ability works is once people are near Sam, they will feel happier around her, and thus be nicer to her, this will last at most one or two posts and she can use this to get out of a tight situation, or if she feels like people around her are overwhelming her with their emotions.
Agile- She is a thief and is therefore, very fast on her feet. She knows how to dodge and evade danger and if she needs to, to make a quick exit. This is a natural ability the girl had ever since she was little, hence why she chose daggers as her favored weapon to train with. Because they were light and quick just like she was. The way this ability works, is she can get a burst of speed, which lasts for about 1 to posts, and then her speed goes back to that of an average person. The speed she can run is increased by 2 times faster then an average person can run, useful if she needs to dodge and attack or make a quick getaway.
Changeling Amulet- The amulet talks to Samantha, and offers advice and encouragement when needed. To clarify it can only offer standard simple advice right now and in terms of tactical advice, the best advice the amulet can give right now is "You should run." That complexity of the advice will change as Sam grows stronger. Furthermore, it has the special ability to turn into a weapon of Sam’s choice. Being a dagger wielder, Sam’s choice of weapon for the changeling amulet to transform into is a pair of steel daggers. This is only a temporary ability and only lasts one post. Also in order to be used again it takes two posts to recharge before this ability can be used by Sam again. Right now the strongest tier the daggers can be is Tier steel strength. Also, the strength of the material, that the weapon the amulet transforms into will strengthen and change as Sam grows in power. Right now the strength the dagger can only transform into is steel.

History
Samantha is the daughter born of Seth Dahlios and Liliana Ambria, she was conceived in Otaria and upon discovering that Liliana was pregnant with his child, the happy couple decided to move to Lavinya to begin their life together and raise their child when it was born.
However problems struck when the vampires of Revan capture Liliana and Seth on their way to start their lives in Lavinya. There they were thrown into jail cells and forced to fight as gladiators in the arenas. It was their that they encountered Letho, Myrhianna and Sarah and they hatched a plan to escape. However, a sacrifice had to be made in order for the others to escape. Letho being the stoic and honorable knight gave his life for Myrhianna, Sarah, Liliana and Seth to escape successfully. The four of them successfully arrive in Lavinya, and Myrhianna stays in Lavinya, but is so heartbroken over the death of her man Letho, that she dies to join him in the afterlife.
The death of Myrhianna saddened Seth, Sarah and Lilianna who hoped the redheaded lass would at least live in memory of Letho’s honorable sacrifice and try to be happy, but that did not happen. They did not have long to dwell on the sadness of the poor woman’s death though. Soon after this happened, Liliana gave birth to a happy, healthy baby girl. Seth though frowned when he saw the baby thin wisps of white hair sparkling on top of the newborn girl’s head. This was a clear sign to the new father that his daughter was born with the dormant powers of hex magic. Seth knew he would have to protect his little girl from the danger’s of his family curse because he could clearly see it resided in her veins. The new mother and father looked at each other with such love and warmth in their eyes joined as family by their new baby girl, this caused them to realize how much they loved each other so shortly after Samantha’s birth they married and became husband and wife to each other.
The Lavinian thief’s guild was a huge part of Sam’s life, she was trained to be a full fledged theif. As she grew up she was found to be a bouncy cheerful happy girl. Always willing to learn and listen though she had pride to her. She was a ray of sunshine yes, but a competitive girl. Seth could see as she was trained by the thief's guild her happy confident nature and how she listened to Darith’s and the other guild members instructions. Warmth and love was in his heart as he saw his daughter surrounded by loving friends and family. The girl went from a warm loving girl to her parents and her family in the thief’s guild, to a strong beautiful young woman with strong stormy gray eyes and beautiful long white hair that she kept neat in a ponytail or a braid. She liked it this way because she knew that she needed to be fast as a thief.
Also through her lifetime she was trained to be competent with daggers and lung poppers, her fighting style the same as her father’s which she was extremely proud of. She learned how to jump up walls and hide in the shadows and be aware of her surroundings like a good thief should. She got praises and compliments from everyone, from Darith to her parents about her growing skills as a thief and her knowledge of dagger fighting and being and agile swift thief. Which boosted her confidence and ego so that she was always a little ray of sunshine. Her cockiness and sunny nature earned her both her nickname for the thieves guild the Lavinian Mockingbird and what her close friends and family called her which was Demon’s ray of sunshine. Because she was her father’s little light of happiness and joy and he was extremely proud of her.
Because he felt strong and happy in his new family life, Seth wanted to redeem himself for his past wrongdoings and ill actions so he decided to join the fledgling Ixian Knights group and pledges his family to their cause and honorable intentions. However during this time one of the knights a woman by the name of Cassandra Remi is kicked out of the Ixian Knights and she vows vengeance on them, that they will pay for kicking her from their ranks.
Her revenge against the Ixian Knights is called the Night of Debauchery. To prepare for this horrible event, Cassandra gathers all the dark seeds of society. She brings together every, murderer, rapist and criminal she can find, and she unleashes them like an angry horde against the knights of castle Ixia. To strengthen her power during this horrible knight, criminals that she handed over to Alexander Memnar to turn into ghouls were also loosed upon the castle to create havoc and mayhem and destruction against it. These ghouls were barely sentient creatures, who were feral and he would bent on attacking and ravaging anything they saw in their paths.
It is here that she succeeds in her vengeful lust against the Ixian knights. Knowing how powerful Seth Dahlios is, she kidnaps his happy little girl Samantha, who while she tried to put up a fight, she was no match for the woman’s power and strength. She then handed over the white haired thief to her daughter Catherine, who with the help of their lackey ghouls restrained the struggling girl no matter how hard she tried to escape.
Meanwhile Samantha’s mother Liliana who was attended to the medical bay for the knights was fighting her damndest to keep a giant spider at bay that was attacking and had torn down of the walls of the medical bay, sadly despite her greatest efforts, Liliana fell and died to the giant venomous spider venomous poison, being bitten by its giant maw, even while slaying it in the process.
Seth searching frantically for his daughter, finally picks up on her trail and finds Sam being restrained by ghouls and Cassandra’s daughter the leader in her capture. The demon engages Catherine to free his daughter, the two fighting fiercely, which forces her mother Cassandra to disengage from her battle with Sei to rescue her own little girl. This was the end for the Lavinian demon, no matter how strong how determined he was to rescue his sweet girl, he was tired from already battling Cassandra’s daughter. Unable to fight at his full potential he fell to Cassandra’s blades, dying in the process. However, his efforts gave the Ixian Knights enough time to free his little Sam from her capture. Also during this calamity, Cassandra managed to steal a trinket from Sei the leader of the Ixian Knights.
Sorrow filled Sam’s heart after she saw her father fall. Once the battle was done and lost and Cassandra gone. Samantha ran to her father’s body and hugged him tightly. Sobbing she whispered “Why did you leave me daddy?” Gripping his vest tightly, her fingers brushed against the changeling amulet he always wore. Taking it from him she whispered “I”m keep this to remember you by daddy….” she was then gently pulled up by a female knight.
Taking her safety, they tried to reassure her, but she was struggling screaming “Daddy! No don’t leave me! Why? You're so strong? Why did you fall to her!” she then burst into tears, sobbing in the arms of a female knight who tried to console her. The woman stroking her hair trying to say soothingly “It's ok Miss Dahlios, we will take care of you now, your father’s sacrifice will not be in vain!”
Sniffling Sam tried to to gather her strength as the dawn came, the night of debauchery ended. In the end the young Dahlios thief was left with no one. She found out her mother had died in the medical ward as well from one of the doctor’s who looked her over. This made her feel so much sorrow as she nearly broke down because she had lost her loving family.
It took time after the Night of Debauchery for Sam to begin her journey, but now she wants to find answers as to why Cassandra killed her parents, left her without those she needed most. She would hunt every member of the cult down that she could for answers, she may not be skilled but she had resolve on her side to aide her in the new quest that she is now starting.
