Purchasing an Upgrade.

Note: I want to purchase an upgrade for Nosdyn's primary weapon purely OOC.

I can pay for the upgrade with Elthas, he has more than enough gold.

I want to upgrade the quality of Nosdyn's weapon strength to Prevalida in strength capacity. I want to upgrade the handle to the same strength as well. Once the prices/etc are tallied we'll work anything else from there.
