Thread Synopsis:
Thread is an exploration/adventure focused thread. Primary purpose is to explore beyond the wave of obsidian - will likely start near the edge of the obsidian wave, so possibility for minor looting of obsidian is open, but not the drive. Mikhail is intending to head further towards the volcano, to explore what has been done to the landscape, with the goal of reaching the volcano itself if not prevented in some fashion.

Iron/Metal Demon, unnatural biology. A fairly neutral character, won’t be openly aggressive towards any others. Will try to keep things moving, as he has little need for money so he won’t be distracted by the allure of the easy access to obsidian. Metal shapeshifter, metal consumer.

Strange, unnatural being, a ‘Primordial’, that claims to have seen the beginning of time and space. Wants to travel to the volcano in an attempt to stop the eruption - though he is already too late.

Planned Event Occurrences:
At some point towards the middle/end of the thread, the group will encounter/begin to encounter a strange new creature, seemingly comprised from the very ash and magma around them. Introduction thread for the ‘Tos Vles’ race, entities that dwelt within the volcano before its eruption freed them to explore the surface.
Magma flow crossing required - group has to figure out a way around or across a stretch of magma to reach the other side, or detour around it.

Collaboration/conversation thread for villains. A new player in the underground is putting out feelers, seeking to make contact with others of his ilk, to take advantage of the chaos. Concurrent with this, rumors of a new ‘House’ that is taking on assassination contracts, heedless of the impending doom, make their way around.
