Personality:
Adorable and the darling of her community, Celandine is the product of Philomel and her second in command, the human Vaeron. She is relatively happy and eager to learn, although the idea of being spoilt goes to her head sometimes. She knows that she has a destiny, but is unsure how to go about it. She is like any little girl her age - curious, bright and cheery, but has developed a more serious side as time has gone on in her time in the fortress of the Gilded Lily.
History:
Celandine was conceived as an idea to forge an empire of strong, determined leaders, beginning with Philomel van der Aart, her mother who is half feminist, half liberator. Her human father, Vaeron, came up with the idea to establish Philomel's line, but with himself as the father - for as he claimed any other man would mean a hold over Philomel. Vaeron is the only male commander in the Gilded Lily, is homosexual, and promised he would never have a controlling interest in the child. During the pregnancy Philomel was greeted by her goddess, Drys, and knew then that the birth was sacred, but she has never told anyone this.
Philomel gave birth to Celandine in a storm on a Scars Brae island, assisted only by a fox known as Veridian and a geisha called Sakura ... While being hunted by rioters. Celandine was taken to a brothel in Radasanth where she was raised for her first four years in the care of brother and sister Ennis and Etna, who raised her with their children and under the guise that she was born of another faun there - Anthea Rose. She revealed a good hold of languages during her childhood. Celandine knew, as she grew, that she was the daughter of another due to dreams she had of a tall blonde lady in a grass green dress, but has never told anyone about these, not even her mother's. She was taken from her home there, at the age of almost five, by Philomel. She left her friends with little difficulty, knowing from her dreams that she has always had, that she was destined for more than a life as a whore (though she simply calls them 'those ladies'. She is now spoilt, but taught well, in strategy, writing and all forms of good education. She has begun to reveal the truth of her fortune-telling dreams to one of her caretakers, Gosling, and knows that very soon she will undergo a transformation to grow. Fast.
Appearance:
Small and slight, she has grown up into a four foot high faun, with small horns. In the last two months she has developed faster than anyone could have expected, her horns growing from nubs to little curls. She has chestnut fur on her goat legs and in her hair, which is almost always in two plaits. She has not grown in height but has started to develop muscle and stockiness. She has a small tail at the base of her spine, which almost constantly is moving, and is seen wearing most commonly a little blouse, and a small dagger.

Dreaming-
Celandine has dreams that seem to come true. Though not a combat ability her dreams can tell her certain things, such as places to avoid during the waking hours and the fact she might face an enemy. They cannot as yet give specifics, and always include a woman in a grass green dress, which is how she can separate them from her non-real dreams. They also seem a lot more vivid than normal ones. Her dreams at night almost always focus on the next day, aside from one every two weeks that might show something vastly into the future. They can show her major details, and can reach a maximum of three per night.
Learning -
Celandine has an uncanny ability to learn. At the moment she can mimick a move that she has seen someone do before her, but lacks the special ability of it requires one: e.g. excelled speed. This also allows her to copy any form of writing she sees, any pictures and so on, in an almost exact replica. If she does not have the tools and resources she cannot forge anything, but her ability had been used for that in the past, when living at the brothel. In combat this equates to copying a fighting move, an can do up to three fighting moves a day. There is no limit, however for simple actions, such as throwing on target (however the next will miss if she is not copying direct), writing something, and acting in the right decorum for formal situations. It also allows her to learn things fast over time, such as formal practise etc, at double the speed of anyone else.

Erik is a young tera'k - a musk oxen-like creature from the wilds of the Jagged Mountains. They are are rare beasts but provide a great amount of meat, and are traditional mounts of fauns. Celandine can ride Erik into battle, and he stands at only four foot to the shoulder. He has massive horns, but he is not trained as yet to use them. He has gotten over his natural instinct to run and hide, but his true purpose is to just carry her around. He will grow as she does in level and ability. All of his base attributes lie at 1x a nomral person. He cannot be used to attack.
