Account Issues - Valentine

Hey-o Dirks and Staff. So, Captain on the Wind, aka Valentine on the new forum, is having issues logging in. He's cleared cookies, tried to login repeatedly, but it won't let him on. He reset his password in an attempt to fix this and tried to log in, still issues. I tried to help and do it from my computer, and it won't log in from my PC either. So something seems funny about his account.

So. Is there a way to fix it? Or, if not, can we delete his account and he can reregister?

Another problem that used to occur was the browser. Has he tried using a different one to normal on that?

If it is also happening on yours that is odd and concerning. Admins might be able to help a bit more.

Have him or you contact me. I can have his account reset to a neutral password and he can go from there.
