Personality: McKinley is very quiet and reserved, mostly keeps to herself and doesn't speak much. Most that encounter her think that she is mute and unable to speak. She is more of a people watcher than one to be in the crowd.McKinley is slowly starting to come out of her shell, speaking for herself a with a quick silver tongue. She is starting to find her back bone with things.
History: McKinley doesn't have much of a memory of her past. No parents, no family and no love in her life she doesn't remember a single thing. She was brought up by an elderly Latin woman and when old enough to fend for herself she left and has been on her own ever since. Her history has just begun with danger around every corner, so sooner or later she is going to have to come out of her shell a little at a time to stay alive.
McKinley fell for Josh Cronen, they have been together for almost four years, at first she thought that is Goddess he worshiped was religiously until she met a male Kenku named Avin and his Master. Light was shined upon the real nature of Joshua’s relationship with his Goddess and their relationship has been strained ever since.
The excitement didn’t stop there with the fiery redhead, she met Avin’s sister, Stare and her Master as well. She is now stuck in between the war of two brothers as well as Avin and his sister, Stare. All the while she has discovered from Avin’s Master as well she is a skaeth, a being that is born of shadow, literally. She is starting to find out all these powers that she has.
Appearance: McKinley has a few selective curves in the right places and her long fiery man falls down in waves to the middle of her back. Her dark crystal blue eyes seem haunting and scarred with sadness. Her beautiful smile that is rare to see is tainted with the loneliness of her past.
Skills: Painting, singing, drawing and playing a few instruments.
Abilities: Shadowmeld - Usable once every thirty five minutes. McKinley is able to blend into any available shadow except her own, effectively disappearing from visibility. This ability is primarily used to avoid combat situations.
ShadeMorph - Usable only three times a day, lasting for ten minutes, McKinley is able to grow shadow claws from her hands. These are the strength of iron.
Shadow Defense - Using the power of shadows, McKinley is able to deflect incoming attacks using her own shadow as a shield. this is usable once every forty minutes, and the shadow defense stays active for five minutes allowing her to flee the fight if she needs to. Though her defense can only deflect one medium and two light blows before the shield breaks. Also since it takes so much energy she is only able to do it three times a day.
Transfiguration: McKinley is able to morph into a form of pure energy, a black ball. She doesn’t hold any human resemblance in this form. She is not tissue, joints, bones or organs she is just a black abyss of energy. The ball is about the size of a large horse. In this state she is able to be harmed by magic or another blast of energy. In layman's terms this means that any weapon that harnesses magic is able to harm her, not only in this form but her regular human form as well. So for example but not limited too, she is able to be taken down by a spear that is the vessel of magic, a shield that has magic coursing through it.
Destructive Path: When McKinley is in her transfiguration form she is able to destroy things. She is able to break through flesh and bone, stone buildings. As she is energy in its purest form she is able to be stopped by other things such as more energy or magic. This power takes a lot out of her so once her energy is spent it renders her unconscious. She is only able to transfigure once a day. The rest of the day she would be weak and feeble. A shield enchanted with magic may slow her down but it would take a strong blast of either magic or energy to stop her and knock her down.
Equipment/Weapons: An iron bracelet, bestowed upon her by an ancient being of great power. Currently, it is just a bracelet, but at a later level she will be able to unlock a razor-whip like ability. This ability will require a higher level, a character update, and prior Realm of Greeting mod approval.
