Name: Tal'Ethurak Yetuni

History: The Rynathurians are not very well known. They live in a valley that they named Fellares KOnariis, which in their language means "place of solitude". The valley is located in the middle of the Ullat mountains of Salvar. They are a race of warriors, origionally created by the sorcerer Hasso Geltrom to decimate his enemies. Unfortunately for him, they rebelled and fled to the valley where they now live. Rynathurians mate for life and each couple can only have one child, so the race was slowly diminishing into nothing. It was rumored that one day a boy would be born who would find their race a new home and rejuvenate their race. Then Tal'Ethurak Yetuni was born.
He lived a fairly easy life in a middle class family, of course an only child. At the age of 10, he was enrolled in the HoTTinal academy of warfare and survival. For 3 years he struggled through the extensive program with his 30 other classmates. Tal'Ethurak was tought how to fish, hunt, track game and soldiers through woods and plains, and to fight with spears, swords, claws, shoot the crossbow, axes, maces, and throwing weapons. He could move with silence over any terrain and use all shadow to his advantage.His skill was great and his teachers moved him up through the classes faster than any other student. Finally, at the age of 13, Tal'Ethurak graduated with high honors. As a reward for being the first student in 50 years to pass all the courses, his headmaster gave him the gift of a dwarven spear. The spear had been left behind by a human soldier when his patrol had tried to enter the valley, and it was thought to have magical properties. He named it Orlun'tyllu, meaning "Companion of Salvation". Then he was rewarded with a pair of dueling claws, each one different to use to the advantage of their hand. Those he named Reulon+Kerwol. Along with his cirtificate of graduation, he recieved a crossbow with 20 bolts.
Tal'Ethurak was elated by his graduation, but now it was time for his Rhettun, "test of faith". This was a traditional test for newly graduated Rynathurians, when they left the valley for a period of 7 days and had to survive for themselves. During his test, Tal'Ethurak was visited by a god. The god Mortusil, ruler of the darkness. He came down in the form of a raven and spoke to Tal. As a result of their conversation, Tal'Ethurak became an assassin, and a follower of the Nightwalker.
Appearance: Tal'Ethurak is 5'3" tall with shoulder length black hair and burning crimson eyes that reveal the being inside him. He looks like a perfectly normal human male when he wants to, but at times he reverts to the natural form of his race. His skin becomes covered with black scales that he can control the sheen of. Plates of bone cover his elbows and form a spiked ridge down his back and tail. A tail forms at the base of his spine, covered with scales and about 3' long. Then he is truly a Rynathurian.
Personality: Tal'Ethurak is a dark character, but there is still a child within him. He puts his god before anything else, but he has moments where he reverts to his old playful teenage self. He doubts himself often and looks to Mortusil for guidance.
Weapons: Orlun'tyllu-The magical spear given to him by his headmaster. The stave is 6' long and made of yew. The head is black steel and two pronged, bladed on the inside and outside of each. Its magical powers remain unknown to Tal'Ethurak.
Reulon+Kerwol- The two claws that belong to Tal'Ethurak. Reulon is right handed and Kerwol is lefty. Both are made of layered steel.
Crossbow- given to Tal'Ethurak upon his graduation. Black iron with a 30 lb draw and twenty iron tipped bolts of oak. Handle has the word Ohu'Khallew engraved into it (Vengeful death).

Armor: Besides the scales and bone plates of his natural form, Tal'Ethurak wears a black linen tunic and a black cape, along with a black horned helm of steel attributed to the followers of his god. Under his tunic he wears light iron chain mail.
Items: 50 ft coil of nylon rope(black)
Skills: Stealth, night vision, can jump high
Spells/Abilities: Bone formation- Can create spikes and javelins of bone from his wrists. (strength=carapace)
Dark Prayer- Utters a prayer to his dark god that blackens the eyes of the enemy for 30 seconds.
