These are all the items that have been earned for the House of Sora via questing. The following items are allowed for use by the members of the House of Sora as they see fit within reason and regualtion. I’ll begin with the NPCs.

NPC Assets
Koronato 'Koro' Molotai

Outreach to Alerar (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5881)
Age: Sixteen
Race: Drow/Human
Gender: Male
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 125 Lbs.
Occupation: Engineer/Designer/Mechanic

Personality: Although prepared to work with others, Koronato works at his best alone, despite this, he enjoys helping others with what needs to be done. Koronato isn't the kind of person that takes orders without question, if it seems ludacris, he will speak his mind, in fact, he speaks his mind very frequently, never one to hide what he thinks or hide the truth(Although he is very adept at lying). Although kind, Koronato can never resist playing a good prank here or there, or zinging someone at the right moment. When in the face of danger, he will think rapidly, and find a solution. Koronato is a genius, and a prodigy at such a young age, and thus is expected to know a plethora of knowledge about anything that can be built.

Appearance: Koro has his hair not spiked, but askew towards the front in several layers on his head, and orange eyes. On his torso, he wears a white t-shirt, and an open leather jacket. He wears black leather pants, and black leather boots. Wrapped around each pant leg are two long silver chains that are clipped to the top, and bottom of each pant leg. The chains from the top to the bottom of the pant legs in a downward spiral. Koronato wears a pair of black leather gloves frequently, and occasionally wears a pair of goggles (The goggles resemble the goggles old plane pilots used to wear during WW1, or Vietnam, but are dilated(made smaller) to resemble today's swimming goggles.

History: Koro was born and raised in Alerar, his mother was a human, his father a drow. While the other children played in the sandbox, Koro was busy building his own toys, or watching his father working in his workshop. At the age of eleven, he began learning how to build small objects, and learned about the machines his father repaired, or built. His first successful creation was a dynamite stick with an applied adhesive coating, causing it to stick to anything it touched. Two years later, at the age of thirteen, Koronato's parents died in an accident due to the conflicts caused by Alerar and Raiaera. Koro does not blame the countries for the deaths, but does not hold the same loyalty to Alerar as the usual citizens do. With the loss of his family, Koro took over his father's business, and by the age of fifteen, the business was fairly popular, and other engineers would come to Koronato for his opinions and advice on certain subjects. This continued until Koronato became sixteen, business died down, and he was forced to take out loans, many engineers still came for his advice, but the number of visits had been reduced, and many forgot about the prodigy boy, Koronato had no purpose. Things were bad until Koronato met a mercenary Banda Utako one day, in a hardware store. Banda was recruiting engineers for an organization called The House of Sora. He offered Koronato his assistance in anything in return for becoming a House of Sora member, with nothing to lose, Koronato accepted. The mercenary did more than serve him, he saved his life from the loan shark that attempted to kill the engineer. Koronato was shocked by what the man did for him, and oweing his life to Banda, joined the House of Sora.

Weapons

A side note: Koronato isn't one to start fights, but will calmly engage an enemy if it is the only thing he can do.

Leg Chains: Koro can unclip the top link of his chains to create two whips. When unlinked, the chains can be easily unwrapped around the pant legs with a kick, and can then be manuevered using his ankles. When unlinked and stretched out, the chains have a span of about four and a half feet.

Spanner: A steel wrench about one and a half feet long, four inches wide, and nearly one inch thick. Koro uses this when repairing or building, but also wields it like a sword if he must use it during battle.

Metal Bow: After a long week, Koro crafted a bow out of metal. Making the base out of iron, and the string out of metal coil. The bow is very powerful, but is inaccurate, and is better for attacking a large group of enemies, or a large target.

Skills
Lower Body Strength: Koro has unusual lower body strength, allowing him to jump three feet high, and six feet across. This passive also gives him acrobatic talents.

Engineer/Mechanical Skill: Koro is skilled at repairing building, and designing things. No matter the scale of the object, if someone has built it, Koro can too (Or break it down part by part depending on the situation). Koro can design vehicles, weapons, mechanical parts, and certain kinds of armor.

Items:

Metal Arrows: Koro can craft these arrows out of Iron, using them accordingly with his bow. These arrows are naturally stronger than wooden arrows, and can puncture through the human body, and certain kind of armor. The power is balanced by the inaccuracy of the bow that is used to fire the arrows. ((The amount of arrows that Koronato has every time he starts a quest or battle is up to you, just know that the number of arrows should replenish to your said amount every time you start a new quest, as Koro makes these when he isn't questing or fighting, unless he makes them during the quest.

Tool Box: A tool box that carries every tool an engineer can think of. Koronato usually has this somewhere on his body, or in a rucksack that is mounted on his back.

Rucksack: Used to hold Koronato's items and arrows.

Demetri Cornelius

Outreach to Alerar (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5881)
Race: Fae
Gender: Male
Age: Twenty-four
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 125 Lbs.
Occupation: Scholar/Historian/Sorcerer/Traveler

Appearance: Demetri has straight purple hair that reaches to his shoulders, and behind his silver rimmed spectacles are bright blue eyes. He wears a burgundy robe and normal civilian shoes. On his left hand, he wears a leather fingerless glove, this is to protect him from any magical spells he casts (i.e. a fireball he casts), he wears no glove on his other hand. Under his robe he wears a blue shirt, and a pair of jeans. He wears a thin orange scarf on his neck, tied in a knot at the back of his neck, letting the two ends rest on his back.

History: Demetri was born into a couple of scholars. His mother and father were both highly respected scholars, but his mother also dabbled in magic. Demetri was taught the art of magic, and was put to the books, he was a quick learner in both. The young scholar had learned to cast a plethora of magic at a young age, but none for combat, and he also had learned of Althanas' history, and leader figures. He continued learning magic, and studying that soon he became addicted to it, nearly surpassing both his parent's skills. At the age of fourteen, Demetri's parents died, he mourned for an entire week, and then returned to his studies. A year later, Demetri decided it was time he learned how to defend himself, now being alone in the world. He opened his parent's books and learned of offensive and defensive magic, and also of the magical properties of the world. At the age of sixteen, he was an expert in magic, and history, his father's literature also taught him of magical artifacts, and properties he had not known before. Eight years passed, and Demetri met with Banda Utako, and Amaril Torrun, two mercenaries he had hired to aid him in saving the world from a threat. They were successful in doing so, and after, Demetri accompanied Banda to Alerar bent on seeing the world again after a ten year long hiatus. They aided a young genius boy named Koronato Molotai in order to gain his alliance with an organization called The House of Sora. His curiosity always getting the better of him, Demetri found that The House had a good cause, and he was interested in joining the ranks and aiding them towards world civilization, and ventured with Koronato to the House of Sora group location.

Spells: Having a number of spells already, Demetri's long list is too much to read. (in other words if you think of a spell, he knows it. Keep in mind that he is an NPC, and he won't use anything large and destructive against an enemy that the PC can battle against. Well, you get what I mean! The lower the level the PC is, the lower the power and destruction his offensive magic is, and vice versa.)

Skills: Mind-Read: Demetri is capable of reading minds, and does it whether he wants to or not, it works the same way as overhearing someone’s conversation, you either do it by accident or on purpose. Stronger minds can nullify this skill. (This is a skill that will only be used on a PC after approval. This is a quest character only)

Weapons: None

Armor: None

Items

Magical sack: A magical sack that shrinks itself and whatever its holding to the size of a poor man's gold bag. The bag can also be enlarged to the size of a trash bag, and can hold as much as any bank.

Books: All the books Demetri has collected during his travels, and the ones he brought from home. (His collection of books might hold something useful for those that use him as an NPC...)

Elmira Doris

The Day Radasanth Sank (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5511)
Age: Young Adult (won’t reveal her age)
Race: Human
Sex: Female
Height: 5 feet 4 inches
Weight: 115 lbs

Appearance: A model vision of the average Coronian woman, with brown eyes, brown straight hair, and a lightly freckled and healthily tan complexion. She wears the cloth of the middle class, which (until The Day Radasanth Sank concluded) was what she could afford. She wears clothes that fit her, never too baggy and never too revealing. All in all, Elmira does not stand out… until she speaks.

Personality: Elmira is very articulate for a young woman, who has a strong will and a judgmental eye. She has no reservations about reading a book by its cover despite almost always being wrong about people. To her, a good outlook on the world and its people is a balance of cynicism and humor. One should never put any heinous act beyond any man, but they should also be able to face the world with the strength of a laugh.

History: Elmira was born and raised an orphan in a children’s home in Gisela no less than twenty, but no more than thirty years ago. Even at a young age she was a charismatic girl, assuming the role of de facto leadership among the kids her age. And even in such a meager beginning, she was a resourceful girl, using her charisma to live well. She and her kid posse would run the streets doing favors to the Gisela residents for seemingly meaningless items, and then trading them off until they got what they wanted, which was often high priced luxurious food. Once old enough she left Gisela and became a merchant in Radasanth, where she met Benasik Tameran. He was impressed by her networking skills, charisma, and resourcefulness, so he offered her a job as his apprentice. To the Tameran family’s dismay, Elmira excelled at everything she did and won Benasik’s favor over all of them. On The Day Radasanth Sank, upon Benasik’s death, she learned that she had become the heir to the Tameran Estate. After witnessing their moral fiber and passionate resolve the new head of the Tameran Estate is now a devoted member of the House of Sora. Not only has Benasik taught her everything she knows about business and finance, but he’s left a network of influential figures of all professions and classes behind for her to utilize.

Skills
Accounting: While at the Tameran Estate, Elmira became apt at measuring, communicating and interpreting financial activity.

Economics: Over the years Benasik taught Elmira the secret to his success, economics – turning people, and their actions, into numbers. Her claim to fame is resource tracking. With the right information regarding geography, local commerce laws, and consumer information she can locate a resource within two miles.

Property Assets
Special conditions of use apply to the properties. They will be addressed in the Privilage categories.

The Tameran Estate

The Day Radasanth Sank (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5511)
Location: East of Radasanth
Size: 400 sq acres
Terrain: Foothills
Primary Export: Wine/Vineyard
Staff: 200

Discription: The property is self sufficient, able to provide food and shelter for all the staff and residents that work there, but the majority of the property is maintained by the vineyard and wine production.
The property was minimalist compared to other wealthy estates in the region, but it revealed the late master’s source of wealth. Instead of lavish gardens and stretching plains, the land was dominated by a violet and emerald labyrinth of a vineyard. Trellis walls winded in and out of each other to create complicated paths and puzzles. Trespassers could be lost for days in the walls of bird netted vines despite the sun shining straight through. The only surefire way to the tan stucco mansion was a whitewash brick road that led straight to it from the gates. Two complex cascading fountains guarded the high flight of stars at the front of the home. Upon joining the House of Sora, Elmira has also offered the Tameran Estate as a sanctuary for all those in the Sora family.

Privilages – Members of the House of Sora are free to use the property in any manor they see fit so long as it is not destroyed. In order to capitalize on the property’s income, one must quest for it.

The Starmare Manor

The Terranus Defection (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=8042)
Location: Raiaera, one mile outside the Red Forest
Size: 800 sq acres
Terrain: Pasture w/ Creek Water
Primary Export: Horses
Staff: unkown

History/Discription: The property and the main facility of the Starmare Manor are both the products of time and money.
Starmare Manor, the great house at the center of the Starmare Estate, was a magnificent example of what generations of money could build. Bane knew, for instance, that the Central Hall two stories beneath where he tread was once the original keep of what used to be a small military outpost on the outer fringes of the Red Forest. Not truly being of any real military value, the keep had slowly lost its outer wall while at the same time gaining a host of outer buildings. Starmare Estate in its original incarnation had been formed out of the keep and those buildings, and over several generations the Starmare and Terranus clans had only added and added to the whole estate after the initial and continued success of their joint horse trade.

Horses: The Starmare horses are a highly controlled breed. The stallions and mares that have been introduced into the herd have been hand picked by either family. The result is a truly unique breed. Starmare horses are strongly-built, compact horses, generally standing 15.2-16.2 hands. They move with a high, elegant action, which makes them particularly suitable for Haute École (or High School) Dressage. They usually have a lean, medium-length head with a convex profile and large eyes, a long but broad and sometimes cresty neck (particularly in stallions), a long, sloping shoulder, clean legs with good bone, short, strong cannons, and a thick, long, flowing mane and tail. The Starmare has a reputation for a proud but cooperative temperament, sensitive and intelligent, able to learn quickly and easily when treated with respect and care. They range in a number of colors although the most common color, seen in about 80%, is grey. There are also purebreds that are bay, black, and chestnut.

This all results in a pure colored, “warmblood”, elegant horse breed, quick to learn.

Privilages – Members of the House of Sora are permitted a free horse after questing to train one. The length of the quest depends on the horse’s age, its sex, and how much a one wants the horse to learn. Colts and fillies (males and females strong enough to hold a rider up, but not yet mature) learn easier than mares and stallions (males and females having reached maturity and peak physical condition). Females learn easier than unneutered males. One can simply teach a horse basic direction and speed (shorter), or one can teach a horse advanced dressage maneuvers (longer). A customized saddle will be provided upon completion.

As long as individuals horses are considered spoils in threads, I see no reason to oppose any of this. Approved.
