Okay, I wanted to question the Althanas public. When conversing with another character (IC) how do you do it. What I mean is, in play-by-post roleplaying like this site is, it is difficult to have simple conversations because of the lack of writing involved in that. Usually a lot of extraneous details get tossed in because the thread looks weak with a bunch of short posts for a normal conversation. Or conversations are incredibly short with as much info crammed in as possible. Or there are no conversations at all, just one-liners.
So I want to know how you guys handle conversations.

I do one of the following things, depending on circumstance.
1) I accept short posts.
2) I use PMs and AIM to put larger conversations in a single post.
3) If the situation doesn't call for it, I don't use conversations. Many situations do not really call for long back and forth conversations.

On #2 does that mean you bunny your quest-mate, or do you just cram as much info into your side of the convo so its shorter and is more like a speech?
If there has to be conversation in a post, I'll generally do it over AIM. That way it's not really taking control of someone else's character, Persona remains what it would be, and it's a bona fide conversation.

Bunny. With permission, of course. Though I generally have the other person write their own speech, so its more "reorganization" than bunnying.
Convos usually don't happen with me as much as I'd like.
I do shorter posts, but still making it look like I put effort into making a decent read.

I "bunny" my partners after discussing the convo beforehand.

I discuss it over AIM and bunny it into the quest.
But I don't have to worry about it that much, since most the conversation I believe is worth writing is between Elijah and Nadia anyways. Not to mention that Elijah isn't really the talkative to other people type.
