Personality: Xzia is highly confident in himself and can often be two faced, thought he is good at heart his anger often gets the better of him. When faced with a choice between people he will always went with the strongest in search of power.
When fist interaction he appears to show off but when he is with someone he is familiar with he is laid back.
Appearance: Xzia is of average height and girth, to most he would appear sick due to his palest of skin, if at first he wasn't mistaken for a ghost. Much resembling an elf in bodily features but with even longer ears and runes and designs covering his skin. thin faint lines the color of his eyes traverse all across his body, there from birth, highly common within his race.
His abdomen thins compared to the rest of his body, giving a feminine appearance or adding to the idea of sickness.
Covering his body is leather of the same brilliant white of his skin, if not a few shades darker. Covering his neck is a long scarf wrapped abound several times and still managing to almost touch the floor at one end, the other end attached to his breast cloth by silver broached embedded with a teal crystal that seemed to burn from within. All of his clothes appeared to be 2 sizes too big, hanging off of his body. gloves covering the forearm and hand, a gem centered on the topside of his hand, boots up to the knee and no weapon in sight. As common in his race, they wore bright color's that gave off a sense of nobility, there clothes were always spotless and seemed to shine in the light.
His hair was shoulder length and brilliant silver, it shimmered even in the lowest of light. Three clumps of hair rose in points behind each of his ears, no matter what movement that would stay perfect. a single blue gem embedded in silver stayed mount in the center of his hairline, and from it sprung 2 long strands that spread out from each other into the air then fell back to the earth.
Gems were commonly infused with magic to aid in any way possible, be this keeping hair in place to summoning weapons. the greatest use was storage, it allowed a small space to hold large amounts. like the small pouch attached to his belt keeping up his too big trousers.
When using magic or "chaos" the blue/teal parts, of him and his clothes, glow.
History: Born into fortune Xzia never cared much for the "lesser races" as his people called them, nestled high, high into the mountains, where they touch the clouds he lived without a want. At a young age he had a creative spark, this began his interest in jewels. creating jewelery to keep himself occupied he was always seeking attention, a fast learner and versed well in the chaos arts, magic.
Raised to be a strategist in a coming time of war for his race, he found battle fascinating, learning to think instead of attack he soon became bored with lectures. taking up the ways of the blade, he was learning to protect himself but after only a few lessons trouble stuck. half way into one of his lessons, his home town was attacked by ruthless shadows. the battle waged for a few hours, with minimal casualty's on the side of the neons. as with most things, it came naturally to Xzia, standing with the veteran fighters against the enemy, split off he was slowly pushed back, further and further he edged towards the mountainside. the barrier around his home that kept it from detection or penetration unfortunately worked both ways, they could not sense outside the barrier or fall through it, it had however been disabled. pushed to the edge, the rock crumbled beneath him, leaping forward he scarcely made the gap, trying to balance himself he failed to notice the dark creature move towards him kicking him full force off the mountain.
Falling swiftly he saw the very gem that allowed him to fall, the rock he caused to cruble before caused the gem to dislodge. plummeting towards the ground he reached for the gem, just as all seemed pointless his finger touched the gem. drawing from his own magical energy, it created a barrier just in time to smash onto the hard mountain side. taking full grasp of the gem prepared for anything that could happen, as he did the ground around the barrier began to crack, the barrier jolted forward and began moving at a slow pace, down the mountain Xzia could see no end, quickly gaining speed, he rolled down the hill floating in the center of the barrier, keeping hold of the gem. it swiftly drained his magic, but it rolled down the mountain even faster. as it neared the end it smashed against some rocks, throwing Xzia into the air. he dropped the gem in his sudden surprise as it smashed on the floor below.
flying through the air at a much lessened speed of the barrier, he decended to the ground, it was all he could to to right himself and land on his feet, but that proved to be useless as they buckled and he hit the ground with the same force. blacking out due to the magic drained from him and the shock of the hit, he woke up in an unknown area with no idea where to go.
Skills:
Moon Shadow (fighting style): the duel crescent blade fighting style used by Xzia's race, with the dominant hand, they attack and defend at the same time with light,fast continues strikes due to the properties of the blade. when an attacker is left open the user twirls and attacks with a heavy blow. the secondary hand is occasionally used to jab the opponent off guard.
Gem Enchant (proficiency): taking a stone, depending on the quality of the stone allows him to attach buffs to it that can effect entire people if it of good enough quality.
Air Blade(skill): For a few seconds, his blades cut the aire around them sending invisible waves an extra meter from his actual swing, on impact the air feels like it is a whip.
Spark(skill): for a few seconds, xzias blades are imbued with lightning, if he strikes them together then they send our a weak eletric bolt up to 1 meter, it can only stop the bodys movement for half a second (plenty time to fall over) If his blades his another object they can travel down, they will untill the electricity is earthed, the electricity in this form can jump 1.5 ft.
(after using a skill, another cant be used for another 8 seconds.)

Twin crescent blades: a handle lay under what looked like a shield or a bracer, attached to his forearm with the glove. a smooth edged blade extending the length of arm from each side of the handle, curved slightly giving it the impression of a quarter moon, held in the center. close to the hilt of each blade lay a gem imbeded in the blade.

Familiars: Chaos gem, located on his left arm is a gem that contains a chaos spirit, an intelligent creature sealed in the gem that allows them to talk. Xzia's in particular has no name and sounds like a high pitched female with a lower pitched female speaking at the exact same time.
