I'd recommend cyanide. A nice almondy flavor, albiet a little bitter, and a swift, clean death. None of that convulsing. Harder to track.

Also, if I recall correctly, Witchblade's was an enslaving poison. Besides, I'd already thought about all those and made antidotes for them too. I knew you wouldn't use one you knew I already had antidote for.
