Appearance:
Drag Harlan is a well-fit young man. He stands a relatively tall six feet one inch, having at least three inches on your typical male human. His body is well toned if a bit on the slender side. His skin is lightly tanned, just enough to keep him from appearing fair skinned.
Drag has angular facial features; strong jaw, sharp nose, etc. His eyes are a pale, mint green. His hair is dark, straight and messy. It's somewhere between short and medium length. He keeps his face shaved to an extent. It's usually pretty scruffy, but not overly so. His teeth are straight and as white as they can be without being frightening.
Personality:
Drag has many various aspects to his personality. On the positive side he's easy going, neighborly, intelligent, well mannered, and charming to boot. On the downside however, he's a bit lazy, very sarcastic and a little on the cocky side. Drag also suffers from a condition known as ataraxia, which inhibits his ability to feel certain emotions such as fear, anxiety and other similar emotions.
Drag has a soft spot for the ladies, but not in the drooling hound sense. He has a general respect for women and is always a gentleman in the presence of a lady, often avoiding foul language and acts of violence. He even makes an effort to stand when a lady leaves and/or arrives at the dinner table. As you may have guessed, he is completely opposed to violence against women and will do just about anything to avoid a fight with a lady. But if worse comes to worse he's not afraid to lay down the law, so to speak, if a woman gets a little too rough...or tries to kill him.
As far as vampires, zombies, ghosts and demons go, Drag tends to keep an open mind. His occupation as a hunter doesn't come before sensibility. If the creature in question isn't causing any harm, then he has no quarrel with them.
Clothes:
Head/Neck - On his head, Drag wears a dark red bandana that wraps around his head diagonally and covers his left eye. Around his neck Drag wears an iron cross tied to a leather string.
Torso - Drag wears an off-white, collared, button up, long sleeve shirt. Over this he wears a thick, brown leather coat which extends to just past his knees. The coat tail is your typical V-cut style. The coat has several inner pockets that Drag uses to hold the majority of his items.
Arms/Hands - On his left hand, Drag wears a black leather glove. The index finger and thumb of the glove have been cut off.
Waist - To secure his pants, Drag wears a black leather belt with a rusty metal buckle.
Legs/Feet - Drag wears a pair of dark blue denim pants, the legs of which cover his black work boots.
Weapons:
Mary Lou (http://www.emf-company.com/images3/1873-lever-action-rifle.jpg) - Drag's favored weapon is his trusty single loaded, lever-action rifle. Although it's not so trusty lately as it doesn't seem to work...at all. It uses 6mm rounds and can hold four rounds at a time. When it's functioning properly the rifle has a range of around two hundred yards, though it progressively loses accuracy after about a hundred.
Pocket Knife - Drag carries around a small pocket knife. He usually uses it for utility purposes, but it could be used to take a life if necessary.
Items:
50 6mm rounds - These are the bullets for Mary-Lou. Each bullet has a cross engraved on the very tip.
1 Carton of Cigarets - Everyone has their vices.
Hanky - 1 White Handkerchief.
1 Vial Holy Water - Used to repel lesser demonic and unholy creatures.
3 Strips Dried Beef - To keep his hunger to a minimum while on the hunt.
Skills and Abilities:
Marksmanship - Drag is most proficient in the use of his gun. He knows how to use it and he uses it well. His shots are accurate and never waisted. [Above Average]
Tracking - Drag is not a tracker by trade, however his experiences as a hunter have taught him that it is a valuable skill to master. As of right now his skills are minimal. [Below Average]
Hand to Hand Combat - Drag is no stranger to fisticuffs, but he's not master either. He's had his fair share of bar brawls and knows how to throw a punch, but nothing too fancy. [Average]
Keen Eye - Drag's left eye, apart from being completely white, has unique qualities. His left eye can see much further and clearer than his right eye, and can even see fairly well in the dark. The drawback is that his left eye is sensitive to oxygen and becomes irritated easily, which is why he keeps it covered. When he needs to, whether it be to take a careful shot or to find his way out of the dark, Drag raises his bandana high enough to reveal his left eye. He can only have it uncovered for a fairly limited amount of time before it begins to pain him and he has to cover it again. As Drag grows in power and skill, so will the power of his left eye.
