Personality
Against established religion and, as far as anyone knows, all forms of current government. The Terrorist is something of an enigma; since no one knows what he looks like, in their memories, they rarely apply a personality to him. He however presents himself as a well-read individual, and is commonly labeled as twisted and mad. It's unknown if he works for someone to meet their own ends or if he has personal goals, and if the latter, what they are.

Appearance
The Terrorist is a tall, lean man, who wears a black ribbed cotton mask over his head to conceal his identity, with only a section cut away from it for vision's sake. For leisure, he will wear black slacks and suspenders, a white collared shirt and black tie, black leather gloves, and if the weather calls for such, a black wool coat with brass buttons. Here and there, if he has no time, he will wear these clothes for his bloodier tasks. However, if he has time to prepare, he will change into a pair of black boots, black and gray patterned camouflage pants, a ribbed cotton shirt that matches the texture and look of his mask, and a gray vest that has a special holster on the right pectoral for his knife.

History
It's unknown where The Terrorist emerged from. What he has shown of his personal appearance provides no racial clues as to his nation of birth. For the most part, his exploits are relatively unknown, something he'd honestly prefer. He has been behind a handful of low profile assassinations of no-name nobles and in the cases that he was expected, was able to rig simple traps to hinder the authorities in time to escape. It almost seems as though he is practicing, as the death of the men and few women have had little impact in the social and political scenes of the world. He seems to understand his limits thus far and has stayed in the realm of assassinations, theft, and vandalism.

It's rumored that he's the progeny of dark-elf trained human spies, of which a number were found implanted in offices of Corone and Raiaera, and summarily executed upon their trials ten years ago. There is no investigation expected, so this remains a rumor. However, since his targets have been primarily Coronian nobles, and he has displayed the most vehemence against the two aforementioned nations, it is highly suspected this is his origin.

Skills

Non-combat: The Terrorist is a man of above average intelligence and is gifted in mathematics, and can rapidly calculate angles and trajectories and solve equations in his head within moments. He knows some of the darker secrets and rumors of many of Althanas' noble class and government officials, as much as your typical informant would know. He also has a basic knowledge of chemistry.

Combat: The Terrorist has an average skill in the use of knives, and is average in the use of Shaolin Kung Fu and Hung Kuen. He also knows a small number of grappling moves, four or five. His strength, speed, and agility are a quarter of the very peak of human potential without being considered superhuman.

Equipment
He owns several changes of the clothes previously mentioned, a steel combat knife with a black matte blade and twelve feet of rope fastened to a steel grappling hook.

I really like this profile. I think it exhibits a lot of what I've tried to promote in character's for a long time -- that is to say, having skill sets that are mutable and changeable, within boundaries of reasonable skills one might obtain, and highly useful within a limited set of possible encounters.

However, one of the difficulties with this type of profile and getting them to catch on is the tendency among RoG mods to view such imprecision as a player trying to sneak away with a license to powergame. Just know that powergaming is frowned upon, know when to sell moves and when to take damage, and perhaps even when to have your character fall in a fight, and you will be fine. I'm trusting you to use your skills as you've defined them here in a wise way, with a degree of self-restraint.

Approved, 100 EXP bonus. I am deleting your other profile, I assume it was posted twice on accident.
