A Re-Introduction?

Eh, yeah, well, not that many of you will recall me because I wasn't that big a part around here, but I'm back. (I'm not meaning to sound whiny there, I just know I didn't talk to or roleplay a whole lot of people here.) I'm Kim, and I play Kaia, that all too innocent, nature-loving little herbalist girl with a penchant for getting into bad situations.

I haven't been around since September, and before that I was here only off and on due to IC issues. Well, I still have IC issues, but they aren't what they were before. My life has completely changed (no more fiance, no more step-daughter) since the last time I was here on Althanas, which may allow for me to be a bit more active than I was in the past.

Any way, I just wanted to say "hi" to the folks with whom I was involved in threads, and to apologize for disappearing yet again. If anyone wants to pick back up where we left off, or to start something new, I'm around most times. I just have work to worry about; well, for a few months, at least, as I start back to college in the fall.

And Zeph's back? Yay! But I can't believe you remember that thread. That was when I played Cassiel and my username was ShatteredHaze. o.O; That had to be nearly two years ago now. Kudos on your extensive memory.

Empyrean: Completely up to it! Just don't mind my rustiness. I haven't written anything in forever.

And it's okay. It's better this way. At least now I can go back to school like I needed to do. ^_^ Just a year and a half and I'm through with it all. Phew... That, and it's nice being single again. Woot for the party life! xD

Considering how old this account is, I never forget people who role play with my generation. In fact, Zephyriah is one of the few guys I know that one on one I can NEVER beat in a battle. I know I tried several times.

Hey I remember the name Shattered Haze, I saw it round site few times. But I don't think we ever talked. This is Nightsangel if you remember that name, or Nekoprincess. I have a few alts on here. Its nice to see ya back though and I nkow how you feel about Zeph. In two different tournaments I face him under his two different accounts. Ironically enough both times we both were using two different characters. My neko character faced his Toy Soldier and my vampiress Sivi faced ZEph. x.x he beat me both times, but it was fun to write with him. Which reminds me, I'd like to write with him agian XD but anyway nice to see ya back. Have fun here!

Ranger: That thread still exists? Wow, that's an ancient one. I think it was the second one I ever started with Kaia. Let me just take a look at it again and see where I had intended to go, then I'll let you know, but I'll most probably pick back up on it. ^_^


Letho: Nor did I, hun. It was a bit random that I even visited the site after so long, but a friend of mine asked me if I was still playing here and I suddenly remembered all the plans I had for Kaia and what not and decided to put some of my excess energy to work.

It is quite the coincidence that we both came back at the same time, though... o_O; It has to be a sign, then. But I'm glad you're back, too. I have so missed role-playing with you. Just let me know when you get the chance to start back with it. I'll be sure to join in asap.

I remember when you first got on set, I said to Shyam, "who is the world is this ShatteredHaze? Her writing is amazing!" And he was like, "You know, you both write similar so I thought it was you playing two different characters."

It's really good to see you back. It's too bad that we didn't get to finish that old quest way back when. How Dahlios remembered that thread is beyond me. Credit to his supernatural memory. Once you get settled in we should definitely get some quest goin'. When and where is beyond me since as Seth told you, I just returned recently myself. But hopefully you'll stick around for a while so that can happen.

As for Nekoprincess, we definitely should make something happen soon.

EDIT: Heh, since Dahlios brought it up, I was thinking about my battles over my four year tenure here and the only person I've ever lost to in a battle was Damon Kaosi in the theater of war I believe.

And I would love to start a new story with you! I just hope I can do it justice. You were the only person who I didn't seem to intimidate with my rather embellished style, so I had to tone it down to get anyone to play with me when I came back. Now, I'm only a shadow of my former self. However, I think I can get properly focused with you around from whom I can glean inspiration.
