Vice –noun - an immoral, degrading or evil habit or practice.
Vice has no purpose, place, or leader. It is the evil arm of some PGs, and the protector of others. It is a friend to no group. It is an enemy of all. Vice works only for the highest bidder. For the right price, no task is beyond its scope. To hire Vice, one must merely seek it. Vice will come.
Membership in Vice is exclusive. There are only five members, no more, no less. The only way to claim membership in the group is to kill one of the existing members. The roster is as follows:

The members of Vice have no allegiance to one another beyond their mutual interest in sustenance. They pay only enough to keep Althanas whispering the name of their organization. The members only recognize one rule: though they may fight on different sides, they never fight one another, even if they are the last two standing.
Dirge shall provide the 100 GP fee to start the clan. The group has no website.
