I haven't written much poetry yet, only two short pieces, but I figured I'd better start posting early, so here they are:

Storm

The rain, the storm
The endless war
The sky's great archers on the warpath
The thunder-sword
The burning spear
The sky's great soldiers on the warpath


Blue Horizon

I see peace
I see glory
I see meadows and fields spread out before me
Is it neverending peace
Or just the calm before a storm?

Criticism is welcome, but don't go too hard on me; the only poetry I wrote before this was one single short limerick that I can't remember. :)

Not bad. I only do rhyming poetry myself, so I don't know how to judge this kind very well, but the words definately flow for the mostpart.

[Cyrus the virus]

They flow fine, but the words would suit lyrics more than they do poetry.
