Do you have what it takes to moderate the Flying Stone Tavern?

We at Althanas are looking to expand our staff, and our critical areas for the moment are in the out-of-character forums. The job requires someone that is highly active and already reads or is willing to read almost every post appearing in the Flying Stone Tavern, Role-players Corner, and Introduction/Outroduction forums. You will be doing a large amount of spam control, so applicants who can supply their own rubber gloves will be especially competitive.

There will be a slight preference for longtime members who already have a solid reputation within the community and are known for level-headedness. However, new members will also be considered if you can demonstrate that you have the ability to remain impartial and fair in moderating threads.

Because of the relatively large amount of technical ability the OOC moderator must have, applicants comfortable with vBulletin software are especially valuable, though no experience is necessary and I will train the right candidate.

Anyone who has previously applied for a position on staff should feel free to reapply for this opening, though please be explicit in your application and be detailed in the "What do you think that you can bring to the Althanas staff?" section.
