Personality: Jolex acts as almost every other human male except he gets angrier faster.

Appearance: Jolex has blue eyes and black hair he is exceptionally built for his age and weight he wears a black shirt with blue dress shirt over undone with blue cotton pants.

Skills: Ki blast – Jolex can summon a ball of pure energy about the size of his head and hurl it at an opponent he does as much damage as a small fist size fireball. ((Ten times a thread))
Kabuki wave – Jolex brings his arms to each side of his body brings two Ki blasts together and shoots a single wave of continuous energy for about five seconds ((twice a thread))
Ki shield - Jolex summon's a shield of pure energy around him to thwart of almost any attack coming directly at him. Durability of iron, Jolex must concentrate really hard and might not work if he is tired or beaten up

History: Jolex’s parents were normal humans they had sex normally and Jolex was born normally. When he was only two years old he wandered off and into a forest within five minutes of being in the forest a comet landed on the ground no more then twenty feet away from him sending him flying through a tree bringing Jolex millimeters to death.

He woke up several hours’ later feeling awkward; He started crying he only stopped when he found that he had a monkey’s tail. He started crying again this time he didn’t stop tell he started feeling awkward again. A giant wolf was coming at him just before the wolf bit Jolex he placed his arms out and thought Die! There was yelping and when he opened his eyes there was a wolf dead on the ground five feet ahead of him.

Ever since that fateful day out in the forest Jolex has been rejected by everyone he had been kicked out of several different mage schools for starting up trouble. He gave up his dream of mastering his new powers. While in a battle with a stranger that had called him a wrong name. Jolex got mad and tried his best to end the fight fast he ended up making a new technique that took him a few months to get out properly at will.

Jolex has been wandering doing random jobs to get food and money and a place to sleep every now and then.

We don't really put number limits on how much an ability can be used anymore unless it's healing or something. Basically, if you do something too much it'll reflect in your score.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I think you should know that if I could come up with a reason not to approve this, I probably would. If Althanas becomes a place where Saiyans run around, I'll personally rally a team together to kill them all.

So Jon, boyo, I'd like you to change Ki Shield so that it can be penetrated somehow. Like your character needs to focus very hard to use it, and thus it might now work if he's tired or beaten. In exchange for that edit you can use it as much as you like, but keep in mind that being cheap is going to make nobody want to battle you.
