Thy moon, en her endless struggles hath turnt thine tides to war. As thy ever-returnt nekromanser hath come again to thine lands, the smallest star hath falln.

§The Recent Histories, transcribed from the recollections of Gaussfryn Kenzynge and Clavanna Norreannia
Julienne Marcatos had died under a red moon, and it had been a fitting death. She'd been sent to us by the women of her town when twenty and two years had passed by since her birth, and she'd never had her moon time. No man would marry a woman who wouldn't go into cycle, no woman would want to spend time around someone who may curse them with a barren womb as well. Because Julienne had been meant to always be a maiden, she was sent, kicking and screaming, because we had walked alone together for long enough.
When an elf and a Drow say it has been a long time, believe that aeons have passed.
We knew we were quite an unlikely pair, but we had walked together before the gates of Eluriand were complete. When it was just Gaussfryn under the distant gaze of Drathir, the moon, and the broken Enarlin were being sent far from the shining lands, the years of Music saw the birth of an elven child. Already, Gaussfryn was old. She was called a Crone wherever she walked, tho walk where she pleased she did. She'd been called by Drathir to begin the coven, and when at a mere 20, still a child for the elves, Clavanna gave birth without the seed of a man, the rumors came to the Crone on the night winds.
It took Gaussfryn many years to reach the remote village, deep within Podë's cursed forest. When she arrived, a haggard old Drow, she was cast out. Yet she returned, again and again, never raising her hand in violence. There, finally, when the people realized who she was, for the moon was always waning when she arrived, they brought her to the pregnant girl. She'd had five children already, though she'd never known a lover. A born mother, and the night that Gaussfryn took her from her family, the half moon was a deep and meaningful red.
Julienne was not the first maiden who walked with us, nor was she the first who died. There was a difference between one who was cursed in the weird ways to die from a poison of blood that wouldn't cast itself out at moontime and one who was touched to be pure and innocent beneath Drathir's touch. Thousands of years passed, the time whiling away like hours in our memories. Finally, when the chanting of Xem'Zûnd's name came more and more often, Drathir spoke to us. The voice came in our dreams, always showing us the way to an island chain we'd never known of. The people there were strange to us, the name of their homeland exotic.
To Istraloth, Our Lady Drathir was urging us on.
§The Maiden Kaimi
Race: Human
Sex: Female
Age: 16
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 117 lbs
Physical Description: Fragile of body, short and slight, Kaimi is a petite bundle of curiosity and energy. Her movements are quick and graceful, the sealskin tunic and trousers she wears are nearly skin-tight. She is always barefoot, and her thick dreadlocks have been bleached a light brown by the sun. Her skin is the color of warm mocha, her lips full and her ice blue eyes wide and innocent. She wears her locks pulled back, fastened in a band that is adorned with a round silver pentacle.
Items:
A small pouch filled with fortune telling items: fish bones, shells and coral.
A carven driftwood wand, topped with a dried out starfish
Abilities:
Invokation of the Circle: Kaimi can call the spirit of the five elements to encircle her, protecting her from magic attacks of casters of an equal or lesser level than herself. Invokation of the Circle does not always work, just as a note here she won't be able to block every magic attack even if the character is of an equal or lesser level. Also, the spirits can only remain around her and protect her from 1 minute. Then they leave.
Of Note: Kaimi will appear in the account storyline later in the storyline. Probably the 2nd or 3rd thread.
§The Mother Clavanna Norreannia (Rose Forest of Those Who Are Sacred to the Willow)

Wisdom touches her deep brown eyes, and her skin is as pale as the moon above. Her ears are delicately pointed, and usually hidden. In fact, most of her body is hidden beneath a rich green hooded cloak, aside from the fact that she is nearly always pregnant. Beneath her cloak, she wears a white dress, the skirt of which is printed with an elaborate portrait of a beautiful, aloof goddess.
Items:
A pendant on a hemp chain; the form of a goddess carved in blue liviol wood.
A bone hewn bolline knife. - Used for cutting herbs only.
Limestone mortar and pestle
Abilities:
Herbal Knowledge - Clavanna has an above average knowledge of the properties of herbs, where to find them, when and how to harvest, and how they can be combined.

Age: Roughly 14,000 years old
Height: 5' 11" - stooped over, about 5' 5"
Weight: 138 lbs

Her left eye is always bloodshot, the once dark violet irises have now descended to black. Her lips are cracked and thin, her brow speckled with white hairs from one end to the other. Her skin is wrinkled, and cracking, her glare barely seen from underneath the creased skin. She wears what thin hair she has left pulled back into a tight bun, her bare feet sporting nails as long and yellow as the ones on her hands. Around her shoulders she wears a purple scarf embroidered with silver moons. Brass bells hang at the edges of the garment.
Items:
Black scrying mirror
Steel athame, engraved along the blade with sigils of the moon in her various stages. - Used for ritual purposes only.
Abilities:
The Sight - On nights when the moon is full, Gaussfryn can catch glimpses of the past, present or future in the reflection of her mirror. She doesn't always know when/where the visions she sees have/will/are occur(ed)(ing).
