I've been asking some similar questions to these over IM, but I thought I'd put them here.

If your characters were in Super smash bros BRAWL, would they be Assist trophies or playable characters.

If you said assist trophy, what would it do?

If you said playable character, What would your moveset be? This includes the following...

Taunts?
Final smash?
normal/smash attacks (AKA A button attacks)?
Special moves (AKA B button attacks)?

Also, what would your character's unique stage be? Describe it and any quirks it might have.

A Nony Mouse
04-05-08, 12:31 PM
Travis would be a playable character:

Taunts: 1) Pole across shoulders, arms draped over pole, "Are you serious?"
2) Tosses sword in air, catches in other hand, "That all you've got?"
Final smash: Tosses pole straight up in air, backflips out of the way, lightning bolt comes back down and fries everyone.
Normal/smash attacks: Sword slashes similar to Ike
Special moves: Pole twirling attacks designed so that the enemy cannot counter

Stage: A forest with a cliff at the right side of the screen and a river below.
Nothing special about it except that when it rains the river floods and sweeps people off the stage.

Tsukiko
04-05-08, 12:46 PM
Taunts: Spins one sword around the other: "you could try to be more fun."

Sheaths blades and puts hands on hips with a swishing tail. "See I'm Unarmed"
Final smash: Ki appears and turns into a dragon and burning everything to a crisp with dragons breath.
Normal/smash attacks: quick two bladed style meant for speed.
Special moves: Slower attacks and fox fire jets,

Stage: Ontop of Ki's house with many sakura trees and akashima red woods. Occasionally the trees will will change seasons and drop leaves or flower petals.

Canen Darkflight
04-09-08, 07:17 AM
Canen would be an assist. He'd come in and Dark Matter your face into oblivion.

Syrion would be playable:

Taunts: None. Taunts are for posers.

Final smash: Ten hit Dark Angel halberd combo, starting with a couple of neat twirls, a strike with the counter weight and then a simple, clean smash off the side of the screen. He grows black wings for this as well.

Normal/smash attacks: Think slashing and stabbing, halberd style.

Special moves: The ability to seal an opponent from using any special moves: Sealing Wind.

Stage:

1) The clearing in which Syrion's house got trashed by a gorilla. The gorilla can be in the background and affect the characters on screen too by throwing pieces of Syrion's ruined gaff at them.

2) Alternative Stage: Khaia / Nocturnis ruins. Just because.

Arsène

Arsène would be an assist. He'd be one of those annoying ones that change the perspective of the match, and then he'd change the music by playing the violin.

Arsène would be an assist. He be one of those annoying ones that change the perspective of the match, and then he'd change the music by playing the violin.

I'd get a Wii just for that. :p

Elijah_Morendale
04-09-08, 08:00 PM
Elijah would be playable.

Neutral B: Throws four ice kunais that fan out slightly
Horizontal B: Ice dash in the direction pressed. He trips at the end; a "technique" that has extra knockback strength
Down B: Ice shield that shatters if someone physically hits it (like a counter)
Up B: Slams his fists on the ground; spikes of ice jut outward and propel him into the air then shatter apart. Of course it's his third friggin' jump.

Final smash: Nadia takes over. Screams "WRRYYYYYYY!!!!" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bti1b77_Hjc) like Dio Brando in the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure video games before busting out the katana. Double speed and knockback strength on all attacks, and will not flinch or take damage if hit.

Taunts:

Up: Sneezes, and wipes nose on sleeve of his jacket innocently.
Down: A translucent Nadia appears in front of him, and says, "You need to say something awesome right now." Elijah replies, "Nah. It's been done too much."
Left/right: Nadia takes over for a brief second and chuckles sadistically

Bevel
04-09-08, 08:31 PM
Bevel would prolly be an assist, considering there's already an unshaven money-grubbing fatass in the game. ;)

That said, he'd fly overhead in his mini-zeppelin carpet bombing the battlefield. And as I hate the assist trophies that zero in on one person and keeeeel them dead (I'm looking at youuu, Andross, Retarded Swordsmen/women/fetuses, Waluigi and Knuckle Joe) his bombs would hurt friend and foe alike. And they'd have little rotors on top, meaning they'd fall slowly enough to see coming and avoid/throw enemies into.

If his zeppelin got hit with any sort of bomb/weapon/puncture weaponry, there'd be a minute chance for it to just fall in flames from the sky and kill everyone. Oh, the drowmanity.

Caden Law
04-09-08, 09:21 PM
Caden would probably be an assist; he'd pop up on the edge of the screen and fling a black hole at the enemy.

As an actual character, he'd be a weaker long-ranged type, like Zelda from the Cube version*. His B moves would probably be a botched teleport (putting him anywhere but where you were aiming for, but always leaving you on the ground. Somewhere), a scaling magic missile attack (ala Samus' blaster bolt), a thermic lance spell that'd probably hit and slow someone down for a second or two, and a weak barrier of some sort. His falling speed would be relatively low, but his attacks would be like a pansified Ganondorf; singular, long cooldown time, but low damage.

Aeraul would be more of a balance-power character. Shoddy jumping ability, slow moving, but his actual attacks and defenses would be quick and powerful. Normal attacks would mostly be unarmed, but special attacks would use his sword and one or two shots of pyromancy (like a burning slash or a throw that sets someone on fire).

Raelyse
04-09-08, 09:54 PM
Raelyse would be an amazing main character in Brawl, could you see him helping anyone else?

Taunt: Goads enemy, flicks hair back, sheathes sword, looks at the player and winks... there's just too many. I can't choose.

B: Shoots lightning

Up B: Flies up and slashes with his sword. Similar to Ike/Marth but doesn't come crashing down and not as fast

Left or Right B: Materializes and throws a spear made entirely out of ice

Down B: Thrusts his sword into the ground and makes water shoot out of the area just in front of him, sending any unlucky character flying into the sky

Final Smash: Grabs nearest person by the throat, using telekineses, and throws them into the distance

Sorahn
04-09-08, 10:24 PM
Sorahn would definitely be a playable character. Probably have to be unlocked cause he's so badass.

As the countdown is going and all the characters appear on the stage, Sorahn would fly in on his black dragon, Nyris, and leap off and his spear would appear in his hand in a black cloud.

Taunts: 1. "Sheslah reshahn Ronah" while spinning his spear.
2. Just a loud roar.

Final smash: He gets consumed with rage and driven insane (see profile), giving him ridiculous power (probably indicated by being surrounded by a black cloud) and speed. He would deliver massive and awesome combos, with hits causing the stage to vibrate slightly, always ending in a powerful strike for an instant KO. All accompanied by roars, where appropriate.

As if that wasn't uber enough, Nyris would also fly in, and start breathing fire on enemies and biting them, causing lots of damage and general awesomeness.

Normal/smash attacks: Fluid, martial arts style spear attacks (less "jabbing" than "slicing" using the two long side blades) meant to be easily strung together in combos. Occasional kick thrown in for good measure.

Special moves: The infamous shockwave, ranged, in all directions. More knockback than damage, causing flinching and leaving them open to attack.

Stream of black flames directed toward opponent. Medium range, meant just to do damage, like the flower item.

Stage: This was a tough one, as there aren't really any really "Sorahn" areas besides Pandemonium's Fist, which would be boring to fight in. Then I thought The Anti-Firmament. For those who don't know, it's a dark version of the real world where the souls of dead people go as ghosts, according to Thayne lore. Sorahn actually died and went here in Rehn Mehnas, where he met Ronah.

So it would have derilect buildings and a black sky, everything all grayscale, with twisted trees and generally creepy looking darkness. Ronah himself would show up in the background, watching the battle proceedings, looking badass and godly.
