Appearance:
Sethric's appearance was rather remarkable until recent events. His lengthy brown hair, luminous green eyes, and sharp, handsome features made him a rather popular fellow. Since his conscription into the ranks of the dead, however, things have changed. The once attractively dark hue of his skin has become pale and cold, deep bronze giving way to unnatural blue-white. The high, elegant cheekbones he once possessed now only frame sunken gray eyes and a long, crooked nose. Any commoner or pseudo-narcissist would mourn the loss of these features, but Sethric cares little. The power he possesses and the connections he has gained more than make up for a few minor aesthetic deficientcies in his mind.

Personality:
A man of many secrets and even fewer pleasant qualities, Sethric is generally avoided by the people. Beyond his gruff demeanor and frightful appearance, Sethric radiates a rather unsettling aura. An unnatural haze of negativity that drives away man and animal alike. To those who have endured long enough to strike up conversation with the man, they find he is not at all pleasant to speak to. His tone is arrogant, and his wit sharp. If sethric is speaking to someone, odds are he's doing his best to offend them. Either to drive them away, or just for fun. Beyond those few external qualities, he is an exceptionally deep thinker, possessing a rather cold and calculating mind perfect for his line for work.

History:
Sethric's life is enigmatic to a fault. The details of his childhood are lost, and his early years are but a blurr. He recalls nothing before his transformation, and sheds no tears over the loss. All the memory that returns to him now, is his dealing with the ancient Nosferat, Razgar Von Straum. For reasons unknown and closely guarded by Sethric himself, Razgar accepted Sethric as an apprentice of sorts. In return for a human's lifetime of servitude, and a tribute of blood, Razgar bestowed upon him the unnatural gift of Vampirism. Sethric's duty is to act as Razgar's eyes and ears in daylight hours, performing the tasks and dealing with the problems that Razgar cannot while he slumbers. He eagerly accepted these duties, in return for power and long-life as a half-vampire, only partly blooded so that he may walk the sunlit streets. He has been taught, wether by Razgar or an unknown benefactor, a great many combat skills. Over time he has developed a fondness for a short, bladed weapons and certain combat-based spells.

Strengths:
-Is incredibly resistant to poison and disease, as a result of his Half-vampire status. Bacterium and toxins that affect organic tissue simply find less to affect within his anatomy.
-Grows stronger, tougher, and more agile after consumption of human or humanoid blood. Though not enough to turn sword blows or leap seven feet into the air, he will become much more nimble, as his reflexes and muscles are bolstered from fresh human lifeforce.
-Has excellent nightvision. Not perfect, but vastly superior to that of the common human. He can see objects at great distances, with nothing greater than starlight for illumination. This however, makes him easily blinded by very bright lights.

Weaknesses:
-Is exceptionally vulnerable to holy symbols and objects imbued with divine energy. If a divine scripture or similarly blessed object is placed upon or near him, he will be stricken with rather sever pain and great weakness of limb.
-After a feeding, Sethric's appearance will grow more bestial. His skin grows pale, his eyes redden, and his canines elongate. This makes it incredibly difficult to blend in with society.
-After consumption of blood, Sethric is stricken with a sort of "Blood-Drunk" status. His thoughts grow more animalistic, as his predatory instinct overpowers his common sense. This makes him a serious liability in some situations, as he will have a harder time distinguishing friend from foe. He has committed a number of atrocities thusly stricken.

Skills:
-Novice Swordsmanship.
-Novice Spellcasting (Elemental).
-Novice Light Armor.

Equipment:
- A thin breastplate of black leather, with a single, studded pauldron over his right shoulder.
-A pitted iron shortsword.
-A rusted iron longknife
-A Small Rucksack
-Trail Provisions
-A water canteen
-Three empty vials.

Spells:
-(Level 0)(1 P/Day) Flarebolt. Launches a small flaming projectile, causing minor burns and staggering pain. The damage is minimal, but it has it's uses.
-(Level 0)(1 P/Day) Chill. Causes and object to grow extremely cold. Often used on the end of his sword to cause stinging pain and uncomfortable but minor numbness in foes.
-(Level 0)(1 P/Day) Shocktouch. With a single, ungloved finger, Sethric releases a jolt into his foes that causes limbs to spasm. It is quite effective for a breif stun, but deals little actual damage.

I appreciate the effort to make this guy appropriate for level 0, thanks :) Please don't limit yourself to using spells only a certain number of times a day, that'll just make your character less fun to play. If you use a spell too much it'll probably reflect in your score, anyhow, so don't bother with those limitations (unless you really wanted to (in which case you'd be crazy)).
