Appearance: Vramii is at most times adorned with rawhide leather garments. He wears deerskin pants and boots, and a bear fur coat which covers his shoulders, upper back and chest. Vramii is very lean and quite strong. He has mid-length, unkempt brown hair that hangs halfway over his pointed ears. His narrow, oval eyes are forest green.
Armor/Weapons: Vramii's armor is basic, consisting only of a pair of studded leather vambraces and a similar set of studded greaves hidden beneath his pants. His arsenal of weapons includes an oak staff with a nearly full crescent at the top and three hawk feathers at the crescent's base. Also he wears a pair of gloves set with bear claws which provide him a great advantage in hand to hand combat. The strengths of the bear claws is equivalent to steel.
Items: Vramii carries a leather satchel which contains mostly ceremonial dressings including both a wolf and buck headdress and a necklace strung with falcon talons.
Skills/Abilities:
Heightened Senses - Due to its necessity in a life in nature, the Druid’s senses of hearing and smell are attuned to that of twice a normal human's.
Dark vision - Vramii's eyes, accustomed to having to both hunt and gather at night, have increased sensitivity to light which allow him to spot things quite easily if any small amount of light is present.
Minor Animal Communication - Vramii can communicate with most animals to some extent. For instance he can express to them things such as their safety in being close to him. He can only communicate basic feelings and nothing in great detail.
Bear's Strength - Vramii can temporarily increase his physical strength to accomplish tasks which would normally be impossible. His strength increases to that of three times an average human's. He can keep up this ability for no more than ten to fifteen seconds at a time, and no more than once a day.
Other physical abilities of the druid are that he has good endurance and an affinity for things such as climbing, running and swimming. He is an above average fighter with both his staff and hand-to-hand combat in which he would use his bear claw gloves.
History: Born into the wilderness, Vramii was taught at an early age the perils of nature. He began his life in the vast Concordian Forest, where through countless trials he gained both respect and love for its majesty. His youth was spent always interacting with the plants and animals of the woods. When he reached adolescence, Vramii began to study nature in depth, reading of the influence of nature on many races and through many times, including some manuscripts about the High-Elves which he found fascinating. His real passion erupted, however, when he stumbled across a tome of the ancient Druids. He quickly began practicing the Druidic Arts and getting his hands on as much literature as possible on this his favored subject.
Vramii excelled in these arts and soon found that he possessed some quite unique skills. He found the longer he sat in union with nature, he could actually communicate his thoughts to the life around him. He also learned by watching and studying the movements and behavioral patterns of the wildlife which he so loved. Through this careful and elaborate study, Vramii soon learned to act as the animals did. The deer taught him to better use his senses or hearing and smell to avoid danger when possible. He followed closely to wild packs of dogs and wolves and learned to hunt as they did in the dark. Vramii also learned how to shift his weight and energy as the bears did in order to increase his physical strength and deliver incredible blows.
When he learned as much as possible from the few texts he could find, Vramii set off to learn more, wherever he could find help. He hoped to one day find a druid who possessed the ancient skills, and become an apprentice to this master. His unfaltering devotion would make him an ideal pupil.
