Level 3 updates in red
Full Name: Logan McCloud
Age: 27
Race: Human
History:
With time, Logan's name began to become household. Many knew him, and a far greater number, loved him. His spirit and love for all things had won him the hearts of the masses. Few hated him, but those that did, despised him greatly. With noteriaty came an insane amount of responsibility. He owed much to those he cared about. One of those was an innkeeper whose son he'd already rescued from the demon, Phliantross.
In order to fulfill his responsibility to the man, Logan set out to find Phliantross and destroy him, once and for all. It took him just a few days to make it all the way to his destination. After a short travel within Haida, Logan found himself staring at a temple erected to worship the very demon he sought to slay. The irony was as cut and dry as it comes.
A short, but fierce mental battle ensued, as Phliantross dominated Logan's mind from the get-go. Within mere minutes, Logan had been knocked unconscious not once, but twice. The second time, he had a dream or vision, where he saw a symbol and heard a voice. Upon awakening, Logan had the markings of the symbol etched into his forehead. With a quick flurry of moments, Logan had successfully beaten the demon.
Logan didn't know what these markings were or if they even meant anything, but he paid them no mind as he ventured back from Haida. Upon his return to Corone and the inn he usually embraced as a home, Logan received a letter from the leader of the Bandit Brotherhood, Gild Sorrain to meet him. Needing no further explanation Logan set off to Concordia and the place where the great Yari Rafanas was felled.
After a short exchange of words, Gild extended a hand to Logan and Logan accepted the invitation graciously. Logan was now a full-fledged member of the Bandit Brotherhood, and it was evident that he and Gild would form a good friendship and bond from this time as well. The successes of Logan were masked, though, but the foreboding thought of danger. He had set out to a mountain he'd caught wind of once before. A place of great danger...
Added History:
Logan had ventured far and wide in search of answers to the markings that had been placed upon his forehead by something still unknown. His adventures took him to meeting up with many different people, from Seth Dahlios to the great Max Dirks. Towards the end of his most recent adventures he had actually run into Maxwell Dirks who had offered him a proposition and an opportunity.
Dirks had offered Logan the chance to help run a ring of organized crime, and with the help of a few friends and new allies, he would create a sudden empire that ran like a well-oiled machine. He had been given the opportunity of the lifetime, and behind the scenes he worked hard to gain himself and his organization some vital exposure and even more partnerships. It was that very exposure that lured him into fighting alongside Xalstad, a friend of Dirks’, and his counterparts in a war of clans.
The war yielded unfortunate results, but one great thing came out of it. Logan had a new target. He needed to grow Vice beyond his own power, and to do so, he had to look for help. He found it, but not in the likely spots. He worked hard and soon found himself with and even bigger proposition on the table…
Abilities:
Extreme focus: He can focus more than most. To the point he can detect the slightest movements(like a tracker or hunter), and sort out convos in a crowded room. In this focused mode, little pain can be felt and he's slightly faster than normal. - Can be broken by a master of any ability(ie: a master of sorcery or stealth). Added: Can be broken by someone with a moderately mastered ability(slightly less than mastery).
Telepathic Link: Allows Logan to hear thoughts of others when directed towards him. He can hear these thoughts more clearly and at an increased amount when combined with Extreme Focus. Usable as long as he can concentrate on the person he wants to hear.
Mind Push: Causes a push outward from Logan in a radius of 50 ft and at the force of three Logans. Usable twice every ten posts.
Mental Block: Creates an invisible barrier with a radius of 10ft around Logan that only physical attacks and non-physical attacks above Logan's level can penetrate.
Telepathic Thoughts: An extension of the previous ability, Telepathic Link. With a very small amount of concentration, Logan can project his thoughts audibly into an area with radius of 50 feet surrounding him.
Mental Distortion: This ability is a new ability Logan learned by accident. When he gets enraged or is in a state of Extreme Focus he can cause migraine-like headaches in others. These aren’t entirely crippling, but they do cause a good distraction and can break abilities or spells that require focus or concentration.
Water Manipulation: The Liquid Crest allows Logan at level three to control water by controlling the two elements that make it up, Oxygen and Hydrogen. His control of Oxygen comes more easily at level three than his control of Hydrogen at level three. The ability to control water allows him to do things such as manipulate it's form, move it, make it move, or stop it's flow. (The Crest was obtained at level one and the power it gave Logan was saved until now. This is not actually a second new ability, more like Logan realizing he can use it in this way.)
Weaponry: ”The Silence Blades” - Dual shortswords
Metal of swords: Prevalida
The Liquid Crest – Markings on his forehead
Appearance: Logan now wears a ice blue dress shirt and black slacks. This look gives him that air of prestige and ranking that his time in Vice allowed him. His swords are now sheathed upon his belt on either side of his body. His hair is now always back in a ponytail and well groomed. He has no facial hair and is always clean-shaven.
