((For Kially, so there))

This was different

That could be the only way to describe this new worldly view, for a long time Yggdrasil lacked a means of interaction with anything beyond a Hjor, yet right now, here it was walking among the pains of Corone without a Hjor with, literally it’s own body of sorts.

But it was keeping things simple, using a usual as far as avatars go; to the passing eye it would seem like a young woman with dark tanned skin and snow white hair was simply out strolling for a walk in the most basic of clothing. To a mage they would question why the girl had a glowing blue floating sphere within her body.

Oh yes, it owed Ezekiel for this, including the boy who was it’s temporary Hjor for now, who had agreed to leave it be for the time being getting used to this freedom.

But

Like all good things there was a limitation, right now it could not go beyond a speed of a mid-jog, but its new movement ability was only hidden by the illusion it wrapped around itself.

True there wasn’t actually a young woman there; it was just a floating sphere. That didn’t stop it from being lifelike, as it approached a random object glinting off the floor from the high noon sun. it was a broken bottle of all things.

And even when it reached down to grasp a shard, it was dismayed to find that what should have been soft fingers passed straight through it.

“… But still”
