After some very discouraging events in my life, I'm packing it up and taking another long hiatus from althanas. This is not a joke, this is not a hissy-fit. I'm done. My "quill" is going to gather quite a bit of dust before I pick it back up. So feel free to say whatever you want. I don't care. I wont be seeing you all for at least a few months unless you catch me on AIM or Yahoo. It's been real, everyone, but I'm afraid it's over. Hey, I know where you are coming from, you'll just have to get used to Althanas and it's trolling baggage. I've put up with it, Althanas is dominated by a small close-knit group that could otherwise be considered xenophobic. But at any rate, It is really sad for me to see you part. Cosidering how many people are leaving and some others just "taking a break" I don't think we should encourage more loses, It's your decition however and since I see you really wan't someone to tell you "don't leave" then I do.

After several months away(much longer than the week the jerks and some of the friendlies predicted), I finally decided I wanted to come back and try and finish Shen's story...which still has a long way to go. I don't plan on reviving my old quirks: the personality threads, the webcomic reviews, or the compliment threads. I DO plan on continuing IC'ly and I might bring back my art thread.

pretty much, I sat around, played computer games, did stuff with the family, and otherwise got along fine with few withdrawal symptoms. I'll admit I logged on every couple weeks or so to see if anyone had sent me something, but otherwise I didn't really do anything with it. I even forgot to finish up the two quests I was in :S...
