Not sure if this is the right place, but why is there no quorum call for Vaginalindil Telescopic?

The Quorum Call for the defending team doesn't get put up until the QC for the attacking team is completed. So once the 48 hours (12 hours remaining) on the NWO QC is up, then VT's should go up.
