Description:
Born of the planet as a descendent of the elements comes a young child given gifts to fend for himself. Golden eyed and smooth neck length midnight black sky of hair does the child stand upon the floor to gaze down at, only a measily 3'2, and as light to match, gracing arround his footsteps at only 8 stone 5 pound.
Without any known living relatives, the child wanders aimlessly like a cub without it's mother, but unlike the cub...Vulnerability is not an issue, disarming smiles and cute angelic features make for quite an easy time...Not to mention a natural born proficiency of dual-wielding short-arms like daggers and tantos.
Being of mother Earths blood, the child is gifted with advanced maturity, closer to that of a 19 year old...But it doesn't mean his balls have dropped...He's still got an eery sweet shrill voice, one that would cut the air with song should the need be filled.

Hmmph, your gaze would of course be met against a midnight blue yukata accented with a white bamboo shoot design up the right side. The fabric it is made of seems to shimmer, and shimmer it does well, as for the garb was made of a soft smooth silk, pants fell to his ankles, matching in fabric and quality. His feet were graced by tabi socks and then followed by white leather boots, padded heavily inside and out...Built so that not a footstep could be heard, unless surface was awkward, and thick enough to get arround those pesky caltrops with a thick layer of oiled solidified leather to prevent such items penetrating to his feet.
His wrists, you ask? How odd. About each of the childs upper appendages, one each, was a solid steel bangle, about half an inch thick to each wrist, climbing halfway up his lower arms...These being his only form of armour...As heavy armour on such a small little folk would surely hinder his shocking speed.
About his neck is tied a small pendant upon a line of suede, the pendant is of a small leaf, made of solid silver, hidden inside his yukata to keep the savoury folk away from him.

Song of the wind: By the power of song, the wind shall increase to an odd speed, making the throwing/shooting of projectiles that much more difficult, his song would take approximately a minute and the wind of such would affect the whole current area, meaning locating a throwing weapon or an arrow to his form would be much more difficult...Of course though, high speed projectiles like a crossbow bolt are uneffected, certain spells will be affected too, weakening or lacked targeting of fireballs as an example. (At casters disgression.).
The wind can also kick up dust and sand making visibility difficult for both child and opponent...Making for an easy get away if needed...But of course...Seeing the way to get away will sure prove a problem, if the song is incomplete, only a mild breeze will ensue, only able to slightly disturb light particles like dust and sand...Also, as per the voice...He makes his position obvious until he's finished.
Air edge: Air can cut like any blade, blunt objects in his hands can be given an invisible edge to add cutting ability.
Dual wield of short arms: Any short weapon can enter his hands and he'll already know it...Put a katana or the like in his hands and he'll be greatly slowed and the item will be swung arround much like a small arm with consequences to his speed, skill and general judgement. As a basis, he starts with two tantos and nothing more in way of weapons.
Shield: Usable once per fight, the child can compress the air about him enough to deflect one strike from any weapon kind, the shield last 5 seconds and requires judgement on his own part...Using the shield out of panic when an attack is not aimed at him? His problem. Your advantage...But surely you wouldn't hurt a little cute boy...Right?

He's small and low in weight, poisons have double the effect and affect him twice as fast.
Height:
He's small...Reaching things like necks for critical damage is going to require some planning.
Little to no armour:
All his body is exposed but his wrist bangles as his only defences...And steel bangles aren't going to protect him from heavy weaponry now are they?
Strength:
Although not frighteningly strong...He has enough strength behind him to penetrate leather armour...Metal armour of any kind is going to produce a problem...And it seems like everyone has the stuff...
Energy:
Being so small and fast, he gets tired out rather quickly...An advantage to all...Not only enemies...But prospective adoptive mothers or fathers...

He's fast because he has no weight to carry but two tantos hidden in a thin cotton blanket and his bangles.
Innocence:
He doesn't want to fight, have a need to fight or will ever really try to fight, and who wants to hit a little child?
Manners:
He's well mannered...It's surprising how many people will give small homeless children food to eat and a place to stay the night when you offer a pout and a few well placed words...

Blanket - Used when a place cannot be found for the night, is light and thin and provides little warmth but is an ample hiding place for his two tantos.
Tantos - Two tantos taken from a corpse found in a forest that had obviously been abandoned in a hurry. Both black in hilt and scabbard with shiny will kept folded steel blades underneath, razor sharp with a sharp point to get through those tough armours...Can you say slash slash, stabby stabby?

Pendant - No use but vanity, a hint at his bloodline, always hidden from view.
