Appearance:
Raphael wears rough black jeans, they provide cover from the sun, he wears a black longsleeve shirt which also proctects him from the sun, a mask to hide his face, even though his face is the most beautiful in his village, he has black gloves which give him power (see equipment). all in all when Raphael is fully dressed he is all black with the exeption of his hair which is snow white.

History:
Raphael was born in a small village that raised warriors, and Raphael was no exception, he soon became one of the top fighters in his village before he was even turned into a vampire, when he was 15 he was turned into a half vampire, he stayed that way until he was 18 and was handed the control of a small band of vampire to help him with his his turning mission, the mission that decided if he was to become a full vampire, his mission was to go to a outer village that was recently over ran with Lycans and take control of the village again for their allys in the north, the mission went over without incedent and upon his return to his village he was awarded his full vampire state, and given power to leave the village on his own and travel the world

Raphael is above average with a sword

below average with black magic, his black magic skill consit of:
shock=he can produce a small electrical shock through his right hand or transfer his shock through his sword, the shock is enough to stun the person
ember=he can produce a heating tough with his left hand or transfer it in to his sword, the burn would be that of a first degree burn

Raphael can heal 1.25x faster than the average human due to his mask


when he drinks the blood of another being his speed is increase by 1.25x

Has the limited ability to see what another is seeing at that exact moment

Voidholder=the steel katana that was given to him by the council when he became a full vampire

shockburner=a set of gloves that gives the user the power to use shock and ember

Rayshiv= mask that Raphael wears, guves the user the ability to heal .25x faster

Elven Charm=pendant that gives the user the ability to see into others minds, he can see what the person is thinking but only at the exact time he is looking


Familiars: Raphael has 1 full vampire that follows him, he is his most trusted friend and Raphaels first and only Vampire that he had turned himself
Gabriel Spenser, he has a more knowledge of the black magics than Rapheal does, his spells include
Flame=create a flame ball that goes 5 foot before disintregrating
Lightning= creates a bolt that goes 5 foot before it stops
Light=illuminates the area
Ice=can freeze water

What is a 'shock'? Do you mean an electrical shock, but with black magic? How stunning is this shock? Is it capable of paralyzing a limb or anything?

Same sort of questions with Ember. Details please!

The stat bonuses are far too much. He may be 1.25x one of those.

'Skill increase' is very vague. Does he suddenly develop greater sword mastery, or does his magic become temporarily more powerful? What happens?

Elven Charm does what, exactly? Does it just allow Raphael to see what others see, once in a while, or something beyond that?

Raphael's familiar may not participate in battles (unless you and your opponent discuss it, and they're okay with that).

Indicate that his two daggers are made of iron.

ok i think i got it, as for the elven charm, have you ever read the book twilight? in it a avmpire has the ability to see what other people are seeing but only at the exact time hes looking, he cant see what they were thinking 2 hours before or what they will be thinking

For his stat bonuses, get rid of all but the 1.25 one. With his other skills, I'm really only comfortable allowing one stat with a bonus. And for the future, .5x would imply he has half the ability of a regular person.

Besides that, just keep in mind that healing at 1.25x (125%) the regular rate will not be a huge increase, so injuries shouldn't be healing in seconds or anything like that.

And I need to ask, since you mentioned the book, how influenced this character is by it. It's fine to create a character heavily based on a character you've read about in a novel, but just make sure the name and history are different. I've never read 'twilight', so I'm not sure.

ok, sorry bout the stat things, my friend made a character on here not to long ago and his stats were all 1.5x so i thought it would be ok, as for the book, the only thing based of the book is the phsyic part, nothing else, besides the fact that they were both vampire
