No, I'm not actually arrogant enough to think that there are tons of people chomping at the bit to RP with a newbie like me, but a few people have expressed an interest in RPing with me, and I have put you guys off so far until I could get some work done on my intro. Well, I finally feel I have it mostly wrapped up. I should be able to make the last few posts tonight or tomorrow, so I'm now up for whatever people would like to do.

My only suggestions are as follows:
- Visla has no particular goals after her departure from the academy, so I wouldn't count on her to drive the action
- Clerics or others who profess beliefs in gods would make for an interesting interaction, but not a friendly one
- Fellow shadow magic practitioners would be interesting, but not strictly necessary
- Please read, at least, my profile before you post and give me a good idea of how I will fit into your quest. Reading my intro quest is a plus, but it's already 30 pages long single spaced in word, so I don't insist on it.

I'm happy to go on one or at most two quests for right now. I don't want to get overwhelmed, and I intend to start a new solo for Vis in the near future.

Thanks for your interest. If I can answer any questions of yours or address any concerns, I'm happy to do so.

Oh, I forgot to mention. Quests are preferred to battles, simply because of the nature of my character, but if you can give me a compelling reason that Visla would agree to fight you (and likely get the tar beaten out of her), I'd entertain it.

Our characters might fit well together seeing as how they both have an affinity for fire and shadow. Also, they are both fairly reclusive...

I need a quest that gets me from the Raiaera/Alerar border to Dheathain, so we could do something there. Other than that, I'm fairly open to suggestion.

Drizaghar has a scholarly vein to him, so we could also do a research/exploration quest. I dunno, let me know what you think.

That sounds very promising. I'll read over your profile and get back to you if I come up with any ideas.

So everyone knows, this isn't first-come first-served. I'm going to pick a couple after a day or so and start work on them. I'll come back to the others as time permits, if they seem to have merit.

Well now that my intro is completely done and submitted, I went and checked your profile. Should be compatable for some kind of quest. More than likely the two would meet at some kind of library or other similar place.

If you would like to discuss specifics before we begin, send me an IM. Otherwise, you're welcome to start the thread, or reply asking me to do so.

Drizaghar is relatively shunned from most societies for being a necromancer... so if you can think of somewhere that would work, go for it.

Otherwise I'll do some reading tomorrow and see if I can get an idea to start it off.

I want you and I don't want to share.

I've begun reading your work and to say that I like it would be an understatement. Though I can't do much of anything right now, I just wanted to voice my interest.

Keep up the great work!

Much appreciated, Ataraxis. At Godhand's suggestion, I put you in as a request to judge the thread.

Well, Realyse, if you can pitch me a sufficiently compelling idea fast enough, you might not have to share :)

I actually have a pretty awesome idea that will have you foaming at the mouth.
