Personality: A bit moody at times, and tends to be very rude and horrible to other people. When I first used him, I intended him to be a bit like meself, but he developed quite a bit, almost without my knowledge, and practically became a soulless monster. He has respect for authority (that he likes), and tends to be rebellious. Don't take him wrong, though... he can also be charitable to the needy and loyal to his friends. Just... cold.
Appearance: Rather regular features for his size. He wares glasses, and his clothing looks very official, probably picked up somewhere from him military days. It's all blue.
History: As a child of only 8, his village of Blanota was burned down and raided by a group of elven bandits. Upon regaining consciousness after the event, all the elves were gone, and he found the bodies of all his loved ones except for his best friend, Tariam Kinuchi. He finds it more than likely that she herself is dead, and has almost forgotten about her. He sort of made it on his own for years after that. He started by running, but eventually returned to his hometown, where he made an interesting discovery. Under his house, there was a large, apparently ancient and untouched for many years basement. In this room was nothing but scroll upon scroll. The tales of hundreds, if not thousands of generation of Isalidi. In these records was included such famous names as Crest, Taloleta Higoka, Shekea, Alastor, Westen, and so many others... thousands of hours of reading material, containing stories and instruction. However, after many years of reading and even learning the Black Arts as in the scrolls of Crest and Alastor, he discovered something... Only half of the Taloleta scroll survived... but it was obviously taken, from the look of the rip. It then became his sole mission in life to find this half of scroll... and survive, as he promised his friend Tariam before going unconscious. After this event, he joined the military, hoping that the travel involved would help him find his scroll... and if he was lucky, get back at the bandit elves.
Skills: Just about anything involving needle combat. He's also a good swordfighter. Besides these, however, he's proficient in an ancient Isalidi magick called the Black Art. Essentially, this gives him power over time (if not for very long), the possibility for translucency (not to be confused for invisibility. He can still be noticed by someone looking hard), and of course, more capabilities with needles. I'd also find it important to note that in every 4th generation of the male line of Isalidi stemming from Crest has a mysterious mark on their right arm, called the Genfangen. Shikamanota's up. He has yet discover what it does, but, oh, he will.
Equipment: He makes sure that he always has a nearly full matchbox on his person, even when in the city. He also always carries a sword at his side (Somewhere in shape between Katana and longsword), and has a case of needles (which he can easily reproduce using the Black Arts) as well.
Familiars: None to speak of, but he has a goblin friend named Anghjukin that he can call up, and usually arrives to the scene of calling within a few days.

- He can direct them was already in the air, when being as projectiles.
- He can control how sharp or dull they are.
- He can reproduce up to 15x, but the new needles only last for ten minutes, and he has to wait about 3 hours (same as translucency) to use this maneuver again. When he's at his peak in power (Such as when he's angry, scared or otherwise directed), he'd occasionally be able to go up too 30x, but upon returning to normal, he'd become too weak to do anything for about 5 minutes, and too weak to perform any magick for about 3 hours
