Personality: Kohaku is a very agreeable person, very polite, and the first to admit that he was wrong. He is very loyal to his friends, and has a passion for life, though he doesn't have a problem with killing those who are his enemy or who endanger his friends. He also has a passion for helping injured people, as is his kind nature. His one downfall would have to be beautiful women, as he gets tongue tied and nervious at first. But, as he gets to be around them, he can put himself at ease around them.
Appearance: Kohaku is a male of rather adverage description, for the most part. A classic case of a half breed human with slightly pointed ears and more elegance to his features then most men. He has a smooth complection, and is slightly pale in skin color. His hair, like black silk is about four inches long, and is silky smooth. He is usually dressed in his light armor, a white Steel plate armor that covers his chest, stomache and back, and held together by a black cord which is Steel-reinforced silk. The plate armor is ingraved with elegant patterns of cherry blossems, and on the back is a small YinYang symbole between the shoulder blades.
His Swords, which stay at his sides at all times are about three foot long each, and are about an inch wide. The blades are a fine silver color, and are also engraved with cherry blossems. The hilts are red and white, the actual hilt being red, and having a white ribbon around them in a crossing diamond pattern. the guard and tassels at the ends of the hilts are both gold.
His pants are white, like his armor, and are also made of Steel-Reinforced cotton, slightly baggy. He wears traditional wooden sandles to complete his attire.
History: At birth, Kohaku was recognized as an elf. As far as the elves could tell, he looked like an elf, and were not troubled by him. But, in fact he was only half elf. His mother had fallen for a Human who had passed through their village, of which Kohaku can not remember the name.
But, as kohaku grew older and began to play with the other boys and develope, the elves could not help but notice his lack of, well, elfness. He was slower then the other boys. He didn't have as keen of sences as the other boys. His ears weren't even developing properly.
Eventually, Kohaku's mother was confronted, and, to make a long story short, she was forced to relinquish the child, and he was sent from the village, never to return, an outcast of his race.
He was dropped off at a small town a couple dozen miles from his home village, called Kyoma, and was raised there. He also found out quickly that he had a special skill that his mother also had, the power to heal. He found this out one day when he was walking around the town, and came across a small bird on the ground. the bird's wing had been broken. In his sorrow for the bird, he wished that he could do something. And, in his wish, a cherry blossem pink aura emmited itself from his hands, which were holding the bird, and within seconds, the bird stretched out it's wing, and flew off into the sky. From that day on, Kohaku started to train himself in his healing arts, wanting to help others, and finally had a way that he could.
Around his 16th birthday, Kohaku was out looking to see where his services were needed, as he had started a small clinic out of his small house. Along his route, he came across a small fox. As he came closer, he noticed two things: One, it had a large cut along it's side, and two, it had 5 tails! Okay...a demon fox...but still, it was injured. Another long story short, Kohaku healed the fox demon, and in payment, the fox became his friend. Kohaku named him Kunu.
Skills:
Blossem Wave: The skill to heal wounds of himself and of others at the price of energy. The more he heals, the more fatigued he becomes. At this point on time, Kohaku can heal small wounds very easily and medium wounds with slight ease. More deadly/lethal wounds he can only heal a bit, usually enough just to stop the flow of blood. Skill level, Above Average.
Dual-Swordsmanship- Kohaku has the ability to wield two swords at once. Skill level Average.
elven speed boost- Because he is half elf, he is faster then most men, but slower then most elves.
Pyro Play- The ability to create and minipulate small amounts of fire about the size of a watermellon. It's usually used for distractions while sword fighting, but has other uses also. Can use the ability only once every five minutes.
Herb Lure- The ability to identify herbs, their medical purpouses, and how to use them as medicine. Below Average.
Equipment: Blossem plate: light armor, a white Steel plate armor that covers his chest, stomache and back, and held together by a black cord which is Steel-reinforced silk. The plate armor is ingraved with elegant patterns of cherry blossems, and on the back is a small YinYang symbole between the shoulder blades. armor that protects slightly against arrow attack, and is easy to move around in. It also guards well against fire-based attacks.
Blossem swords- about three foot long each, and are about an inch wide. The blades are a fine silver color, and are also engraved with cherry blossems. The hilts are red and white, the actual hilt being red, and having a white ribbon around them in a crossing diamond pattern. the hilts and tassels at the ends of the hilts are both gold. Hot to the touch, these swords spark a lot when hitting a hard surface, creating a great distraction to take the next strike.
Familiars: Kunu- A 5 tailed fox demon, about a foot tall, and about two feet long. he is all red except his underbelly, and the tips of his tails. He has the ability to morph to triple his size for transportation, where his paws erupte in flame, and he has the ability to fly up to 50 feet off the ground. Other then his teeth and claws, Kunu has no special attacks, but allows Kohaku to attack from any angle when flying, and increases his movement speed. when he morphs, his claws and fangs also grow larger, allowing him to deal decient wounds through thinner armor.
