A pack of monkeys sat in a fruit tree deep within a large grove. The largest of them had the best spot where the fruits grew plentifully and were mostly ripe. In fact all of the monkeys had their fill of fruit. That is all but the smallest of the monkeys. The other monkeys always stole from him because he was so small. Today he was very hungry, however, and hunger drove him to very brave ideas. He climbed through the tree where there was very little fruit left uneaten by birds and other creature who came to eat the fruit. Perched on the branch above the biggest of the monkeys the smallest stared hungrily at the pile of good fruit forming where the branch was widest. The biggest monkey liked to take all the good food and put it in a pile so he could guard it easier, but the smallest was very fast. He jumped down next to the pile and grabbed as much as he could before their owner turned to catch the wiry little thief.

The fruit thief dived to the soft forest floor as fast as he could launch himself followed by another very angry primate. He was fast but his pursuer was fueled by rage so he neither gained nor lost ground. The chase lead deeper and deeper into the forest, and by dodging in and out of trees he began to loose the large howling mass behind him. The soft foliage that lay dead but moist on the ground almost felt like it would give way beneath him as he ran. That was one of the benefits of being small. Even so he fell through.

Luckily he was able to grab onto the side before he dropped into the deep dark caver inside the hole. He fruit didn’t fare so well. He pulled himself up to the marginally more solid ground above and stared to where his hard earned food was lost. A large clunk followed by metallic ringing sounded down below.

Inside a generator chugged and rumbled after years of inactivity. Blinking lights and screens gave new life to the once deep darkness that had swallowed them. Other sounds of rumbling as various other machines awaked from their own deep slumber. Two spiral tower glistened with sparks as the newfound power crawled to from top to bottom, sharing their life with a still dormant figure laying on a flat slab between them. Soft tubes ran an unknown liquid into its neck. At once everything shut down barring the generator as a distinct humming noise began to build. It grew louder and louder until in a single crimson flash it rained down on the figure still slumbering below it. Then the room quieted once more as a lone screen flashed on with scrolling green text...

This is well made, but lacking in the details I need. I need to know the extent of your non-locked abilities, as well as what they apply to. Does Fighting apply only to unarmed combat or to some specific weapon type? How strong is the stunning effect? How often can you use it? How far can you zoom in visually (I'm assuming here)?

Well I guess i was warned. The edits have been made. The zoom feature is described in magnification instead of distance. Hopefully that fits what you need. One question, if I added a language skill could I put down that it has an aptitude to decipher almost any language in minutes or would I have to be more specific?

Assuming 1000 ohms of resistance, the highest voltage I would allow your stun hand to apply at this level would be about 20V. As stated by Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_shock) this is the point where muscular contraction is sustained (referred to colloquially as "can't let go current"). You can up this voltage in the Bazaar (would probably be expensive, considering most of Althanas' technological level) or at later level ups, or even as the spoil of a quest dealing with your stun hand.

I'll limit the magnification to 1.5x. This can be improved as stated above, and even at this stage it is quite an improvement over normal human vision (this coming from a guy who can't drive without his glasses).

Make these changes and we'll be gravy.

Changes made. I just thought I'd point out that normal stun weapons have very low resistance so I used the lowest rated stun gun for my basis. Anyways, thanks for your patience.
