I want my amber-colored steel ring on Rayse's right index finger to be enchanted to cause any flame produced on the tip of said finger to shoot out like a bullet at the speed of a bullet if the ring is rubbed backwards by the thumb suddenly. The impact causes a fiery explosion with first degree burns on nearby impact and second to third degree burns on direct impact. Also, it has powerful concussive strength on impact (probably around the same as an incendiary bullet, which is what it basically is). Also, it leaves a blue trail of smoke along its path.

Four times per day. I'll leave any discrepancies of 'times per day' and 'exact concussive power' up to the mods if they find my description disagreeable. I made it something similar in value to an adamantine item, which was the alternative reward. Also, feel free to take away my other FQ rewards (I requested gold) or any extra gold if needed to accomplish this. I'll actually have some IC reasoning to get this ring enchanted at The Synthesis Shop later.

Please clarify the size of the explosion -- are we talking "nearby impact" as being three feet, four feet, twenty-two feet?

Four feet, but the smoke from the blast goes out to fifteen feet before dissipating.

Provided the ring can only shoot TWICE a day, and the concussive blast applies its pressure ONLY to the surface it impacts (which is to say that it can't pierce a substance prior to explosion, so it won't cut through metal), I'll approve it.

You mean that say, it hits a piece of armor, it won't go through that piece of armor before exploding? That works for me. Twice a day is reasonable as well. It's not a bullet that's encased in alloys, so you shouldn't really expect it to pierce through anything anyway.

Good to go!

My thoughts exactly.

Approved.
