A few changes have been made to the PG Rules. Here is a summary of the major changes.
-A new form has been added to the site: Power Groups Listing (http://althanas.com/world/group.php). Clan Leaders may now go here and register their clans manually following approval. Please refer to the rules in the Realm of Greeting (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5676) for more information on this tool, and direct all queries to Serilliant.
-Clans may now have no more than six "key members" who may participate in Clan War or receive Elite HQ rewards, although there is no limit on the number of lower-level affiliates and associates that Clan may have. No character may be a "key member" in more than one Clan. For more information on this, see the Overview of Power Group Rules (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?t=5660) in the Power Groups forum.
-PGs will be able to win HQs in ways other than winning Clan Wars. A series of threads in which your PG builds and obtains an HQ could, for instance, grant you an HQ. The first three PGs to win HQs in any fashion will have their HQs designated as "Elite HQs," a special type of HQ which receives monthly rewards.
-PGs can own more than one HQ. For more information on this and the above change, see the HQ Rules and Rewards (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?p=69352#post69352) thread.
-PGs who do not want to be part of the competitive PG system or do not feel comfortable within it can forego (or receive back) their 100 GP registration and receive "Total Immunity." Such PGs may own non-Elite HQs, are immune from attack, but may not participate in assaults or defenses of other PGs. More information on this is in the Overview of PG Rules.
