She had black hair, long and straight around her shoulders, she walked with the swagger of a seasoned warrior, her patched kimono straight and orderly, as though it were a uniform.
She looked at the general supply store like she was sizing up an enemy. A few people snickered at her unusual behavior and continued on her way.
"Aye! This seems a goodly store, let us hasten inside." She said in a voice an octave deeper than sounded right. Pushing the door open in a single sweep and stepping inside, she presented an air of authority, as though she were the greatest warrior in the world, and all should simply bow at her feet.
"Ed, to you, ANY store's a good store. A good store has beer, food, women, or gambling. A great store has them all." She said in a voice still deeper than sounded right from a woman, especially a pretty one like her, yet still deep all the same, but lighter than the first.
"My friend you do us wrong, making your nights at the gambling hall long.
A stor that's great this surely is, in this I'm rarely amiss." she said in an even tone, like what one might expect from a particularly husky woman, or certain particularly feminine male fae.
"People, people people. Some call them casinos, I call them banks. Just because I have to earn it back doesn't mean it isn't my money still." Her second voice said.
She slinked over to the counter in the manner of a spellcaster, the untrustworthy sort that might be involved in shady back alley dealings.
"Hey, bub, you got any, you know, good stuff?" she asked in a sleazy manner.
She straightened, and fluffed out her kimono.
"BOYS! I hope you'll forgive them, their always like that. They always embarass me wherever I go." She said in a perfectly normal perfectly lovely voice, gesturing at three people that weren't actually there, but she could somehow see.
"I need a jar, with a lid that has small holes punctured through the top. I also need a sturdy waterproof pack for keeping other supplies in. Preferably one that's large and roomy." She said. She looked over at the imaginary people and rolled her eyes at their unseen antics. She couldn't wait to get out of Donnalaich and onto the list she got from the Synthesis Shop.
