With Tobias precariously perched on her forearm, Hanna took to the streets of the Bazaar. It was much bigger than any pack she'd seen, with throngs of people jostling each other around, heedless of anyone else. As the fifth person in a row bumped against her arm, causing the hawk to prick through her glove into the flesh, she decided it was high time to find a sturdier perch for him.
Stopping dead and letting the traffic flow around her much as a river did around a rock, her mismatched gaze traveled above head level looking for someone who sold leather. Her first clue was a sign with an anvil and what looked like a leather body piece upon it. She skirted a group of men and walked toward it, snarling at anyone who blocked her way before they had a chance to halt.
Opening the door, Hanna saw what she was looking for: hard leather in all shapes and sizes. The Luperci browsed the racks of armour, testing it with her claws. A quick glance showed her no one was about, so she felt no problem with lightly puncturing the material.
